Very frustrating Customer here. Why are we not getting our Mail forwarded, we filled out the forwarding Form. Just got a phone call, a letter bill was returned to our Dentist and others also. What about our bills. Will you be paying the late Fee? Your postal employees should be taught to do the job. It is unbelievable and upsetting, we did our job, now do your job. What is wrong at the Lake Hopatcong Postal Office. I do expect an answer, that this is cleared up.


I am very frustrated by the service I have been receiving lately. They do not follow the requests I have been making in terms of forwarding and/or holding my mail. This is becoming a real problem. I am not receiving bills on time n incurring late charges which I'm sure the post office will not pay! Who can I speak to about my problem?
