Worst service ever. Missing packages. Tracking says packages arrived at this post office at 7:45am Sept 12th. Here it is the 16th. Still no package delivery. Called them and they dont know where it is. The tracking has not been updated. Still says it is at the lake hopatcong office. They can't find it. Unreal. What is with this place??? Would leave zero stars but it won't let you.
We are really getting tired of the poor service from our post office - Things mailed out are being lost, sent out 2 bills both of which were never received by the companies they were sent to & we ended up being late with a payments - checks coming to us are not being delivered & packages smell like cigarette smoke. In addition we receive other peoples mail - NOT GOOD !!!!!
We had a temp mailcarrier for a couple of months. He would leave one piece of mail a day, throwing the rest away. I know this because we get no fewer than at least one catalog and mail from our charities. I should have received a package of Morel Mushroom spores months ago. I believe he threw that away. Where is all the mail he left behind? I find the Postal service and him to be reprimanded and I want my spores!
Very frustrating Customer here. Why are we not getting our Mail forwarded, we filled out the forwarding Form. Just got a phone call, a letter bill was returned to our Dentist and others also. What about our bills. Will you be paying the late Fee? Your postal employees should be taught to do the job. It is unbelievable and upsetting, we did our job, now do your job. What is wrong at the Lake Hopatcong Postal Office.
I do expect an answer, that this is cleared up.
I am very frustrated by the service I have been receiving lately. They do not follow the requests I have been making in terms of forwarding and/or holding my mail. This is becoming a real problem. I am not receiving bills on time n incurring late charges which I'm sure the post office will not pay! Who can I speak to about my problem?
