Postal Locations

I mailed out 7 Halloween cards with $5.00 in each to my grandkids- They were picked up in my Jackson mailbox. The envelopes arrived to kids, opened and no money inside- This is not the first time- My sister-in-Law mailed out Valentines with money inside to her grandkids and in February and the same thing happened- her's were all to Jackson addressed- There is obviously a thief in the Jackson Post office- Thanks for nothing!

This is the second invitation sent to family member with a Jackson address that has been torn open ??????? What is going on

Mailman stuffed junk flyers in my small village PO Box so I could not open it. I Had to reroute my mail to work. Had a long discussion with supervisor. I thought it was cleared up but now a month later it is a mess again. I forwared my mail , I did not change my address. Somehow my bank thinks my address changed and now my cc has a different address on it so I cannot pay my house bills. This was explained last month to Jackson NJ PO Supervisor. It bounced back to the same problem this month. Laural and Hardy work there.

On 3/29/2021 I mail a card at the Point Pleasant Beach Post Office to my brother at his new home address on Baltusrol Dr. in Jackson. Today, 4/12/2021 it was returned to me with the notation “UTF”, unable to forward. This card did not need to be forwarded, it needed to be DELIVERED! For the price of first class stamps this is the most inefficient service on earth. I need an answer as to why this was not delivered & not done so in a timely manner.

Once again disappointed in the Jackson post office. I put a package in the mailbox yesterday 2/8/2021 and USPS never came to even drop off mail. I requested a pick up for today 2/9/2021. The pick up was requested on 2/8 and I even put the small package in the mailbox with the flag up. The mailman came and shoved our mail in the box plus 2 other packages. The mail man put the flag down and didn't even take the outgoing package. This is honestly ridiculous and has happened several times when scheduling a pick up. I don't think its that hard to take the package out of the mailbox, they didn't even have to get out of the truck! Hope you address this with your employees.

I ordered something and I have been tacking it! It says it was received at the Jackon Post office on thw 12 of Jan. It was out for delivery and was taken back to post office for the last 5 days. It has been leaving the post office and brought back! I have a tracking # 9274890247882215958992. Please bring me my package!

No mail delivered yesterday to me or my neighbors. Called the post office and no one answered the phone after 5 times I gave up. Very dissatisfied with the Jackson post office

I purchased candles from a fundraiser, 7 jars all together. I received in my mailbox one candle on the 29th of October 2019. Then the company said the other box much bigger that would not fit in my mailbox a container with 6 jar candles. I went to the post office in Jackson and they showed me a picture from Google where it was pinged by the postal employee that it was delivered, not showing where it was placed but they assumed it was left at my mailbox being that it would not fit into the box itself. I looked on my security cameras and it rained all day on the 30th of October, 2019. Why would a postal employee leave a paper box that size on the ground outside my mailbox. My gate was wide opened and my ring camera never showed anyone delivering anything. The postal worker at the facility said that is all they could tell me. I hate to assume the worse in anyone especially a government worker but I am just shocked that they could not ask the person on duty that day of the delivery where my package is. If this would come up missing it is no telling what else has not been delivered to my residence. I am very disappointed in the Post Office. Do you blame me why I dont feel very confident? :(

I have a PO box at the Jackson post office, and I receive packages regularly. I've always found the employees to be friendly, even if they seem to be having a bad day. I think when people get good service, they often don't take the time to write a review.

The supervisor Dexter at this location in Jackson Post Office has the biggest attitude problem. Ask him a simple question and he gets bent out of shape, like he's had a bad day and taking out all of his anger and aggression on you. Service at this Post office is horrible. Don't waste your time here, go some where else.

mail was not picked up or delivered yesterday 4/12 nor today .I saw the truck going up and down my street yesterday as if lost.I demand my service be corrected.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The mailman that showed up today was not my normal mailman. Our leaves are out front by the curb, as is everyone in Jackson. This mailman proceeded to drive through the leaves and drag them to the end of my driveway. Now my driveway has a huge pile of leaves that I had to drive through to get my car in. Why would he do that? I purposely cleared the driveway and mailbox, there was no reason for him to drive through the leaves. I can’t even begin to tell you how disappointed I am!! It took me hours to rake those leaves.

My mail has been on hold for 12 days and was supposed to be delivered today. I called P.O. and was told it was on the truck and would be delivered today. It was not. This is not the first time this has ocurred.
