I am trying to call since 8:30 to discuss the damage to my mailbox by mail carrier. She was honest and nice that she left a note in my mail box about the mail truck sliding and damaging my mailbox. But no one from office is picking up phone. How do I go about getting my mailbox fixed by them?
I called today so many times because my package has been at highstown post office for days and i couldn’t get in touch with an agent if my life depended on it. You’re better off going in person but for some that is not possible. Very sad to see this place go off the rails it is the second time this has happened to me.
I have several friends/family members living in The Orchard.
NONE of them receive their mail regularly. Checks, gift cards, W2s have all been missing!!!
A call to the USPS resulted in my learning that the post office mail records are different than the actual addresses. So, my question is --
WHERE DOES ALL OF THIS MAIL GO ???
Since we have a new carrier on route...pls provide name of mail deliver at Four Seasons, Cranbury, NJ. and also how long he has been on this route. Thank you....Tried calling several times..no answer
I keep calling to find out the correct hours, there are signs that say closing at 6 and closing at 7. No one answers the phone no matter how many times I call. I guess a government job means you don't have to do a lot of work to help the customer. Why are our taxes so high? Probably paying for the post office employee salary and benefits while the common person gets ignored.
Since July I have received two pieces of mail. I go everyday to the post office and will continue to do so until my mail gets delivered. All employees pretend they do not know me from the day before. We are a new business in town and thousands of dollars in checks go missing somewhere. No one seems to know. They blame the carrier but as per the staff there is a blue line on my account which means it is forwarded but there is no forwarding address!?!? Not the Carriers fault. If you can go somewhere else go.
This is the 2nd occasion wherein items mailed to me appear to be stranded at the Hightstown Post Office. Only after days and days it gets moving. What gives here! This service also tends to make me get concerned that mail in voting ballots will get stranded here. I hope this is not intentional across the US with other Post Offices.
I had multiple occasions that my mail was opened and delivered open. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been living in this town all my life, but quality has absolutely fallen since when I was younger. I have the informed mail tracker as well but it does nothing to prevent employees from opening mail afterwards. Such a shame. Don't really trust in this post office anymore unless their is no other choice available.
Very disappointed. I keep getting mail for a person (Sonia Reyes) that does not live here and too boot the mail person is constantly putting my mail in someone elses box. Please contact me if you any questions at 609-632-2008. Thank you.
Haven’t received my mail or had a pick up in a week. Called post office 2 days and man said he would make a note for carrier to pick up my mail and delivery. One week no mail and no ones answering the phone during business hours now 530 pm Friday
Customer service is terrible. The man who answers the phone is rude.
We are a business and we cannot get our mail. They do not pick up at the mailbox when they are supposed by 11:00 am and we don’t get our mail on Saturday’s anymore.
Its 3:45 pm on a Tuesday and still no mail. I call and the rude man says they are very busy and hangs up.
Dropped off (2) 1st class prepaid small boxes addressed to Ancestry DNA in lobby box on Wednesday. Tracking couldn't be accessed until Friday on one box. The other says it's not available. Maybe I wrote down the wrong number, but the phone number has been giving a busy signal for 2 days. No one wants to answer the phone so they left it off the hook?

Three days so far with no delivery. I had out going mail so I know no one came. I also don't know when postal employees became so unprofessional. The way they look, no uniform or anything that looks postal, I couldn't even tell they worked for USPS. Driving like they are cops on emergency call and park ANYWHERE they want to, signs or private property mean nothing. Very sad to see such horrible condition the USPS is in now
How hard is it for you all to sort mail? This is day number three where I have had to walk up and down my block to redeliver mail to the CORRECT address. God only knows what mail we're missing that's winding up in someone's trash because they aren't as nice as I am.
Also, might want to try picking up the phone during business hours?
01-04-17. I am not sure who's fault this is but lately I have been getting other neighbors mail in my mailbox (and I have hand delivered it to the neighbor) and I am missing critical mailings from my Mortgage servicer and other important mail. My neighbors have received my bills (and almost paid them!I) before bringing them to me. And this happens a LOT. I am not sure if it is the carriers fault, the inside mail sorter or dispatcher or what. I hope someone in charge (The Postmaster, boss, head honcho) sees this and tries to correct this. I tried calling but the phone is constantly busy.
I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered Friday. When I hadn't received it by Friday night I went to check the tracking number. Luckily I did so because some idiot at the Hightstown post office marked the package as having an incorrect address (FALSE) and that it was scheduled to be returned to the shipper!! Not only that but they had had the package since Thursday morning and did nothing to contact myself or the shipper.
When I called the post office to inquire about this they said that it was a new person who must have made a mistake or not been able to find the house. 1. Why would they then market as an in valid address just because they couldn't find it (if you're new ask someone! Or gps/google maps, so many solutions)
2. I had several other packages and mail delivered to my address during that the past week without any problems.
I hope this person is fired immediately (this has to be some sort of postal fraud) because if I hadn't checked and seen that they were sending my pad package back and called I would've had to wait at least another two weeks before receiving my package!!
The residents of Shady Rest would like to know why we are not receiving circulars. Your customers pay to get these delivered to us. Well ,we don't get them and want them to be delivered again. No excuse why this is not happening.
Same thing in Twin Rivers!!!! USED to receive on Thursday's - SOMETIMES would receive on Wed. Almost ALWAYS no later than Friday and once in a Blue Moon on Saturday..........have not received at all the past couple weeks. I know my carrier has changed. I would hope that has nothing to do with the delivery........................
