My customers send us items with a tracking number, it says they delivered it to our mailbox but it's not there. Try calling the post office and it just rings and rings.

I send a registered letter...70191640000091279343...to Arato, 630 Kirwan Ct, and it was returned, saying no one lives at this address. That is not true, and Arato has received many registered letters at that address. That letter contained my rent check. Please make sure this does not happen again.

Tracking for package states left I parcel locker, only issue is they didn’t leave me the key to parcel locker. Either package was lost and delivered to wrong address or they put the key in the wrong mailbox.

Was at the Raintree shopping Center post office today and the place had two cop cars in the parking lot and the front door was chained shut. what the hell happened. No explanation of why. Thought it might be due to the government shutdown but I received mail today so it isn't due to that. Please let us know why it is shut down and for how long.

Managers very rude and very unprofessional thats probably a reason why it's so much turn over even with their Holiday Clerks.

Yes they can be very un-caring, slow, and quite rude at this Freehold main Office. Several times last year I had several misplaced packages as well as a few others which first arrived at this office then were transferred to a more distant US Post Office location rather than to my home address here. Have to wonder if some of their staff have trouble reading?

Went to this post office in freehold the staff there was very unhelpful claimed at first they couldn’t help me at all then when I called a family manner who worked at the post office she said there is something they can do it will just take a while so I went back to the post office told them they could find and reprint the receipt the supervisor then continues to roll her eyes at me and said that’s going to take forever and went to go get the post master Samantha told samantha my issue and she said she wasn’t going to get to it today I said that’s fine can I leave my info and when you have a chance can you do it so I did the next day no call I just called about an hour ago asked for Melanie and she continued to get nasty on the phone she put Samantha on the phone and Samantha claims she looked for an hour and a half and could not find it and her excuse was that she couldn’t call me cause she works 13 hour days and didn’t have time out of her busy scheduale to call me for 5 min to tell me she could not find it I have never delt with such issues and disrespect at a post office I will not stop until this matter is resolved I call the 800 number and there’s no real person I will continue to email until I speak to someone

I had a parcel delivery that needs my signature. They left me a note for re-delivery instructions. Since I was home at 3:30 pm so I decided to go to the post office to pick it up. However, the address printed at the back of the form is Colts Neck Post Office. I was puzzled why it is not at the Freehold Post Office. Since I don't have much time before they close at 5 pm, I decided to go to Colts Neck. I drove to Colts Neck Post office which is 25 mins from my house. When I showed them the form, the front desk person just replied, "Oh they give you the wrong form, your parcel should be in Freehold Post Office". How ridiculous!!!!!! You wasted the customer's time because of your carrier's mistake. I believed this is not the first time the carrier is doing this mistake. Your post office has to look into this mistake and irresponsible behavior from your carrier. I am filling this as a complaint!!!!!

padded envelope that was sent was cut open and re taped. contents were missing except for the receipt....QVC always sends out very secure packages,so the only way to open this was to cut it...i guess someone needed a gift. this is the second time in a month something i received was opened and missing. terrible

Once again, poor delivery service.. it is the 2nd time in 2 weeks we did not get our mail ( day after Thanksgiving and on 12/4). When we do get it, it is often between 5-7pm. What is going on????

So last week at approximately 7:50 a.m., the postal vehicle pulls up on the side of the condo building to deliver a package. I watch him walk up the hill, and toss the package over the railing. What !!!! There is a gate at the railing and rather than open the gate on the metal railing and place the package at the door, he opted to toss the package which bounced off the glass door and fell to the ground. Are you kidding me. You are a government worker of whom I no longer respect. Looks like the postal service has hired a Grinch for Christmas. I did not confront him for fear of future delivery escapades. Shame on you.

EVERY DAY IS ANOTHER ADVENTURE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR TWO DAYS FOR TRACKED PACKAGES THAT WERE INDICATED "OUT FOR DELIVERY"TWO DAYS AGO. NOT ONLY HAVE THEY NOT ARRIVED BUT INCORRECT INFORMATION WAS POSTED TO THE TRACKING SITE. NO NOTICES WERE LEFT FOR ME AS INDICATED AND NO ATTEMPTS WERE EVER MADE AS BOTH THESE ITEMS WOULD EASILY FIT INTO MY MAIL BOX....THIS ALONE SCARES ME AS I RELY HEAVILY ON THE MAIL FOR MEDICATIONS AND SUCH. WHY CAN'T FREEHOLD JUST DELIVER THE MAIL AND OWN UP TO THEIR SCREW-UPS INSTEAD OF POSTING FALSE INFORMATION? I AM HOME (RETIRED) ALL DAY LONG AND ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIVER ANYTHING WOULD BE GREETED WITH MY SMILING FACE.NO WONDER PEOPLE HATE GOING TO THE POST OFFICE MORE THAN THEY DO GOING TO THE DENTIST.

I don't know what is happening, but our mail service has seriously slipped into negative areas. On average, my mail is being delivered to an incorrect address 3 out of 5 days. I realize that we have a "community" mailbox that contains the mail for everyone within the courtyard. Accidents do happen. However, it has been nothing more than a "crap shoot" when it comes to getting mail delivered to the proper address lately. Maybe I am being to presumptive, but I have to wonder how hard it is to determine the difference between 16 homes within our cul de sac. Forgive my sarcasm, but I learned to differentiate numbers between 1 and 16 before I was 5 years old. It seems like we have a new/different carrier 2 to 3 days per week. It's no wonder that the USPS is suffering! I am so VERY tired of having my mail delivered to an address that is not my own!

Lousy.....Mail service from Freehold is the worst. I put in a hold mail order and received confirmation to hold my mail from 8/20 through today....my mail was delivered to my house regardless of my hold mail order the entire week I was away. Last Christmas I ordered something online for my husband that was to be delivered to my office address so that I would have it in time. I received an email that the item was delivered however it wasn't. It suddenly appeared in the hallway days later. When I called the actual post office to discuss the issue the person on the phone was rude and used foul language. I suppose projecting due to their incompetency.

Worst mail service ever! Constantly get neighbors mail, and somehow mine is nowhere. It use to be the morning joke at the bus stop we all go up and exchange mail. Just called to complain again left me on hold for 8 minutes just to come back on the line to tell me no supervisor is picking up. They can't even take a phone call---really???

Our cluster box and post at Independence Square (Bldg 15) fell/tipped over on January 29th. It has been removed, but not replaced. We're now forced to VERY INCONVENIENTLY drive to the post office to retrieve our mail. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPLACE A MAILBOX?!!!!! IT'S BEEN THREE WEEKS!!!!!!
