Postal Locations

Answer the phone when it rings! Why can't customers call the PO to track their mail. We pay exorbitant prices and you people cant do your job!!! I insured and paid money to have an envelope delivered only to be told it is sitting in your building. USPS is pathetic FedEx from now on! ANSWER YOUR PHONE

I've had a PO Box there for over 30yrs.  Today I went to mail  holiday package, cost was $10.30.  The girl at the counter...Susie, wouldn't accept my $20 bill for payment.  She was insistent that I use the credit card swipe or get smaller bills to pay her.  She then had to get 'change' form the back for my purchase, she complained.  Does she realize that the PO is a retail establishment???  Customer service does matter.  I asked her why she was so rude...she responded by telling me that next time she won't take my money.  I should go somewhere else.  Really??
Nice Susie....I'm sure the Post Master at your branch will love to her this.  I will tell her in the next few days of the hospitality you offered, not, at my last visit.  Far Hills PO friendly?  Not today.
