Having trouble with mail forwarding from Randolph NJ for years - it works sometimes and not others … pitiful!! One star is too many!!!!!

Inconsistent mail service (but they don't care when you reach out)... they come at different times, always have different carriers. They walk through my landscaping AND they don't take any outgoing mail. The WORST.

Dover Sussex St: Short staffed. Mark with a K. He’s got no problem saying he has 35 years in the company but clearly none of those years taught him how to treat people. He’s mainly in charge of passport appointments. There was a newer staff member there and she was being trained by him while they were busy with other customers. She was not being treated well either. He was not nice to my family and I. I was having a tough time as it was with a toddler. He kept circling things and telling me how I need to pay attention to directions. I missed one thing with my documents. He had no problem telling everyone to fill out a survey and mention him though. He knew he wasn’t nice to me so he didn’t ask me. I will not be recommending this location to anyone. The rockaway one is much more pleasant to go to.

This people are thieves and thugs, they are confrontational and arrogant, constantly losing our mail and putting other people's mail In other mailboxes, I tried talking to our delivery guy, a little guy and his answer was if you don’t like it you can go f yourself... I wanted to slap him so bad, this has got to stop!

I am an Etsy seller out of Florida. I sold an item to a customer living in Dover New Jersey. For some reason the item has been sitting stuck in transit waiting for delivery scan since the 25th February. But someone in the post office marked it as being delivered on the same day I shipped it from down here. it is now beginning of March. this mail service is going to cost me money if I have to replace this guy's item considering it was an expensive order with free priority shipping. I'm running an online business not to lose money but to make money I don't want to have to close my shop down because the postal system is not reliable this Shop is open to help pay my bills

I am trying to contact the Dover post office and no one picks up the phone. My package (#Dropped off: Jan-08 10:26 PST Carrier: USPS Tracking number: 9449009699938095134876 was stuffed in the mailbox and was too big to put in there. I believe the carrier damaged the item and may have damaged my mailbox. I can not get it out or the other mail in there either. What do I do?

I have had consistent issues receiving my mail from the Dover Post Office since I moved to Morris County in 2013. I have reported my issues at least 7 or 8 times in the recent past, but the service never improves. Today two books that were supposed to be delivered to me today we're not delivered by the substitute carrier on my route and, further, the carrier said an attempt was made to deliver my books at 12:18pm, but was unable to. I was home all day waiting for these books as I need them for a college course. When I called the Dover Post Office a woman named Debbie told me she would follow up and call me back. So far, no call and no books. This post office seems to excel only in incompetence based on my personal experiences.

I have had a package that was delivered to the post office on 1/17 and it still has not been delivered to Victory Gardens why is this not being delivered????

A package from JC Penney has been in the post office since 12/08 waiting to be delivered to me. It does not take 4 days to go from Dover to Victory Gardens. There is no excuse for this type of service unless this item all of a sudden disappeared. Please investigate this matter and get back to me right away. Thank you.
