We moved from national park to wfoldbury.in April. We hsve gotten some important inforfstion. Someone said to check with Deptford and see if they have it.
Our mail is routinely tampered with the corners ripped open and if anything of value is inside it is taken. We’ve complained many times before and I’m really sick and tired of not being able to count upon our Postal Service for delivering our mail without it being tampered.
Had a passport appointment. Deptford (NJ) PO canceled it the morning of the appointment. Now another 3 weeks out and have to go out of the country in 11 weeks. Not right

i have been trying to call for a week and no answer, i left my info with post office to have a key for my mailbox. he said i should get a phone call in 2-3 days. i still havent gotten a call. havent had mail since May.this is so fustrating
I have not received my mail in almost 2 weeks, i have called multiple times no answer and tried to fax with a returned fail. I would like to know what is going on with my mail and why no one is answering the phone. frustrating!
What is wrong when mail should be forward to another address? Heard today mail was returned

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you think Comcast is bad just deal with trying to get a hold of the Deptford post office or the US post office in general. My mail is not being delivered to my house and I don't know what I should do. Seems like no one at the post office knows as well. I just confused what there are doing over there. I need me mail!!!
For 3 weeks my mail has been delivered to the wrong address. I am very upset as my bank account, medical information and other important mail have been opened and sent back through open with a stamp on it regarding its condition. As a result, I have had to pay late fees on bills and it has put my identity in jeopardy of being stolen. My name is not in any way similar to other names on my block, perhaps the delivery person needs glasses. Please address this situation immediately as it is causing undue stress.

Put mail on hold. They delivered a package to my box in a multi-unit community despite hold. Can’t get anyone to help me find out where my “delivered” package ended up. Calling repeatedly, no answer, memory full. This is ridiculous!!!!
The worst postal service ever! My parcel has been locked in the mailroom for two days. Contains medical/health supplies. Ready to call police for assistance. Why can't he ring my apt # 316? Apt building 100 pop moylan blvd., Deptford.
Since our mailman was taken off our route, the man filling in for him in which i don't know his name but he always covered Jeff. Other people delivering the mail has left other mail in our mailbox, items were not delivered to me and my daughter's jacket was sent to the wrong address. I don't know why all of the sudden this is occurring. I had to contact the company in which I ordered things were never delivered and I was refunded the money. I understand that Jeff's route for 316 E. Clements Bridge Rd. Runnemede, nj. his fill in I request that he be put on this route. I am very upset with my items and my daughter's items being delivered at the wrong places.
