Postal Locations

Consistently receiving wrong mail and many time, My mail is delivered by my neighbors. I understand these are difficult time, but i am being penalized for late payments. Its just not fair.

I understand that things are not normal at this time. I want to make you aware that recently the mail devilery is poor on some days. The reason for this complaint. last week end mail was put in my mail box (rural type box) it was soaked. I live at 708 Waterford recently packages come addressed to 708 Wood lane. I have taken them over to that adress. Some of my neighbors have been delivering my mail to my house and me to theirs. Please note that the new route carrior Eric is very contious and not the cause of the problem. It appers that the substitutes are not a diligent. I know that if you are not made aware of issues you can not correct them. I hope this will help. I want to you know that I am not a constant complainer. When I moved first to this home my mail box ,was on the house next to the front window. The dog would bark at the one carrier, he told me that he would not deliver the mail unless I moved the mail box.His reason was he was afraid of the dog. I installed a rural type mail box. I did and the problem was solved. Respectfully. John Zullo

Have received mail for wrong address...on street with only a few houses...have received mail for my house number...but on different streets! package from Australia...ended up at wrong house...Now they have out done themselves...Family member mailed gift (from Cinnaminson office)...said it was delivered few days ago...pretty sad. Just like parking truck in front of my house and cutting bundles and leaving clean up for me...

I live in Riverton on Carriage House Lane and our Mailman Will is one of the nicest, friendliest young men that I have ever met. He is always pleasant and smiling does a great job everyday getting our mail on time (same time every day). Recently I received an email notification that a package from eBay was delivered to my home, but I never received it. I went online to find out what to do and that was useless. This morning I asked Will about it and he asked for the certain details and talked to his supervisor. They found it and dropped it off at my house later today. Easy to say no big deal that he was just doing his job, but he took time to find out what the problem was and diligently researched the issue and found my package; something that not many mail carriers would do. He should be commended for his service, celebrated as a shining of example of what a mail carrier should be and rewarded for truly being an asset to the USPS.

I live in Riverton and have been at the same home since 1956 My mail comes out of the Cinnaminson post office. I have asked the mailmen and the post office please don't walk across my grass. I have also sent several notices to the post office as requested by the postmaster so it would be on file. They seem to do as they feel. The Cinnaminson office is so out of control its not funny anymore. The other day I was in the back yard and heard a lot of noise coming from my mailbox and found the mail carrier trying to pull open the lockbox and I called the office to complain. They sent out this very rude postal inspector that told me that the mail man did not try to open it and that I was lying. Now I have received a letter from them telling me to lay off the mail carriers and stop confronting them or they well call 911. They think they are god

As a business in Cinnaminson it is ridiculous that I have to deal with this post office. We never get mail. God forbid I get a package delivered. It's marked delivered and 2 days later still has yet to show up. I call to ask about it and all I get is attitude. THIS IS SUCH A JOKE!!!!!!!Is there a higher up I can contact???? This is affecting my business!!!!!

Cinnaminson Post Office,. . please update your website to reflect the hours that your Lobby and PO Box access are actually open. Website reflects they are open all night. Thanks =-)

I have been raking the leaves in my house a little at a time every day after work. Today, after coming home from running a few errands, I saw that the leaves in the pile had been run through with a vehicle, and the leaves are all over the street, dragged by the large vehicle. I looked, and saw a postal truck in the center of my cul-de-sac. I approached the carrier and asked him if he just ran through my pile of leaves. He said, "Yes I did." "I'm just doing my job." JUST DOING MY JOB!? No apology, no explanation, and he drove away. I called the post office, but I reached someone after hours (it is Saturday today). I told the woman my story, she said she would leave a message for the supervisor on Monday. I told her I would like a call-back from the supervisor. She said, "That won't happen. This is not a problem, this is a nuisance."
I am still in shock that a grown, gray-haired man, ran through a huge pile of leaves and dragged them through the street. This pile is not near the mailbox, and no other carrier has ever done something like this. This is poor, disrespectful service.
