Below is the information I have on a package I ordered tracking number 4200875392748927005303010110836870. As you can see it arrived in Toms River and was quickly sent off to Camden where it sits waiting for me to pick it up - saying it's at my request!!!! I don't have a car so I would NEVER make such a request. I've tried to get information with several phone calls to you, Toms River and USPS main number. I have spoken to no humans and have no answers.
I want the package delivered to me in Toms River where it should have been delivered in the first place. What is going on? Will you be loosing my medication orders as well when I order them???

Our entire block on North Brown Street have not had any mail delivery 3 times within 2 weeks, including July 3rd and July 10 and June 25th. Have not received my subscription for the Gloucester City News for over 3 weeks and rarely get Acme or Shop Rite sales papers. I understand limitations due to Covid but I continue to use the USPS instead of paying bills on line to keep Americans working. I know July 4 was a holiday but could someone check into this problem. 08030
We have been trying to track down our mail for over 2 months now. We have spoken to supervisors, also left messages with several employees on multiple occasions, but still unsuccessful. We confirmed that we are open on several occasions. However, we still have not received mail. We have gone once a week to attempt to pick up mail with no success. We have emailed the help desk, faxed a letter, and called different numbers that were provided, and still no response. We are given the run around.
We are at the point that we cannot pay our staff and possibly shut down because of non- delivery of grant checks. It has become quite frustrating. I cannot see us shutting because the US Postal Service is not doing their job.
I order a package and when i check the tracking number it says that it was delivered and put on the mail box. I check the mailbox and did not find the package i checkthe camera from my house and the mailman did not stop at my house.
get somebody else's mail three four times a month believe the gates open on the fence every single day and find rubber bands from their bags of mail on my front porch and sidewalk and they always crammed the stuff in the mailbox no matter how full or empty it is ripping things
I am looking for my government issued check says it’s been delivered but I have not received it. I would like more information other than we can’t track it. That is my money and I can not have it played with at this time. I would like for someone to get back to me to discuss a possible solution
Sent retirement card in mail with cash in it...the person received it days later in a plastic bag with no card or money courtesy of the postal service....lesson : do not send cash money in the mail...therr are thrived at the postal service..
We along the area of polock in Camden are having a terrible experience with are mail carrier their giving out wrong mail and sometimes not evening making it to pass out all the mail and coming super late.
We are having a Terrible experience with Our carrier for Harmony House Apartments Downtown Camden. We are getting the wrong mail beings though it is a Sycamore side and a Chestnut side. But Our addresses are clearly printed on Our Mail. Sometimes we are not getting Mail AT ALL. This is Very Unprofessional and We do have an Office with a Manager in it if the Mailman can’t get into buildings or is confused but He don’t take the time to even ask if he is confused. This has been going on for Weeks!!!!
WE, along my stretch of Collings Ave. in Fairview are having a terrible time with our new mail-carrier. WE are all getting the wrong mail, etc and we no longer get the circulars that most of us like to receive. Once again today I received the mail for Merrimac and I am on Collings but a similar number. While chatting with the rightful recipient I was told that she is also getting the wrong mail on a regular basis. I personally take her mail to her, twice in the last week and do not believe that some people would do the same if they were to receive my mail. We had a very polite and reputable mail carrier up until a few weeks ago and now we do not; in fact she has been very irresponsible and many of the neighbors agree and are having the same problem I tried to call to speak to a Route Manager with no luck but only to get a busy signal all day. Hopefully someone will see this and please if so look into this matter since we all rely on the USPS to deliver the mail that we all get everyday and needless to say some of it is very important. I am a resident owner on Colorado Road. Within the past month, two important pieces of mail have been returned to sender and one even said the reason was stated as vacant. My home has been occupied for the past 10 years so not sure what is going on. I as well have tried to call the 800 number to get a busy tone all day. Two doors down on the other side of my neighbor, a unit was recently demolished. I wonder if the wrong address was provided inadvertently to the postal service. 3150 Colorado Road is an active and occupied resident. Thanks for your immediate action to rectify the situation.
