If somebody ever picked up the phone it would be amazing. People call for a reason ,not to be annoying. Just wondering when mail delivery will start up again ,and we haven't had mail since Tues at my address. I know only because I have mail going out and it's been there since early Tuesday morning.

Tracking number 9506114145778107281773. My package has been sitting in the Bridgewater post office since 1:30 PM. I called Just before Five o'clock to see if I could pick it up. They said no it was not unwrapped. I can't get it until tomorrow. No wonder UPS is better.

I am a bit perplexed. I have mailed letters to someone in Mississippi and Louisiana and neither letter has been received. Mailed 9 days ago. Very displeased with this postal service (Bridgewater, NJ) at this time.

I may have dealt with the same woman that assisted "Just A. Customer" because she was also very rude (Clerk 28). I was trying to send out two letters and asked if there was any way to track or find out if the person received it, and she just said "No" with a really nasty attitude.
She also got snarky when I had to quickly write on my envelops and made me step to the side. There was only 1 other person behind me in line so I don't understand why she couldn't just wait for me to finish. Even made me put the two stamps on myself which seemed pretty lazy.
Opposite of customer service. South Bound Brook location is much better, more efficient and friendly.

I called to track a package and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She didnt even attempt to help me. So i had to call the customer service line to get some help.
It's really bad for just one representative to treat a customer like that, Maybe she was having a rough day and I understand that, but you have to put that aside and be courteous to the customer. I know she was taught that in her training.
