I've been receiving the wrong mail, other neighbor's mail for over a week now and wanted to inform the post office. The phone is never answered.
I actually got through on the phone to Boonton PO, started to explain about my mail not being delivered, was promptly put on hold, and here I sit..... I have very little confidence that this line will be picked up again.
I spent over an hour digging our mailbox out of two feet of snow yesterday so that I could get mail today. I even went out this morning to put more salt down. Guy just drove right on by without slowing down or trying to deliver.
I live on William Street and the mailman doesn’t take my mail that needs to be mailed out. I have an enclosed porch with a basket for the mail that my neighbor and I share, and on the basket I put a sign (that you can’t miss!) saying please mail VERY IMPORTANT on it! I physically had to go to the post office to mail out my mail, but I also told the postal worker the situation and she wrote my address as well as my name on it and yet my mail still isn’t being mailed. I’m very frustrated and would appreciate if this issue would be addressed! There’s also been times where the mail would just be laying on the ground on the porch which is completely unacceptable!! I have important documents that need to be sent out in a timely fashion and due to the mailman failing to perform his/her duties it’s not being sent. I would appreciate a response back as to how I can be assisted with this matter. Thank you have a good day
I’ve had it with the so called “mail service”!! Mail not being delivered, post office doesn’t answer the phone, mailman just drives by the mailbox. Packages says “delivered to mailbox yet-mailman didn’t even stop at my mailbox (I live on Kingsland Rd-Boonton Twnsp)!!!! WTF?!?!
I live at 4 Lone Oak Lane in Boonton Twp! Our service is AWFUL!! Whoever you have hired for area needs to be talked to!!! Were they trained? No mail for days! Since you signed contract with Amazon it is out of control!!! They do not deliver Amazon packages!!! Leave notes
“Attempted!!! This is a LIE!!! I have been here 18 years and never had a problem!!!! Your guys don’t even stop!!!? I have been to PO and showed pictures of my driveway and front door!!!! They are ACCESSIBLE!! ALWAYS!!!! I order pills and medicine !!! As well as other essential items. Yesterday they left 2 messages on phone could not deliver!!!!! However they threw a box by mail box earlier in day!!!!!! Why couldn’t they leave other packages. All lies!!!!!!
I have contacted Amazon!!!!! HELP your customers get their US mail and services!!!!
We live two street over from you in Boonton township. We are having the EXACT same problem. Every day starting about two weeks ago it sporadically says undeliverable, mailbox/driveway inaccessible. It makes no sense....nothing has changed here in years, its the same driveway. The same mailbox. Some packages are thrown next to mailbox, some are thrown in the driveway. Others never arrive. Recently one says delivered and its just not here. We have it on camera, he used to get out of the mail truck. He doesn't anymore. He has been driving right past our house, doesn't even stop. I dont get it. Cant even get someone on the phone to talk about it at the Boonton Post office. Needs to change ASAP.
