This morning a cashier was sick without mask.
He was sneezing and had runny nose. He was cleaning his nose continuously but he didn’t wear the mask.
Since I met him, I got sick.
The cashier should wear the mask at least otherwise he must not appear to the customers.
I have a customer telling me their package was not delivered. Tracking shows that it was delivered. I’ve been trying to call this post office for over an hour and all I get is a “all circuits are busy” message.
terrible customer service. They delivered my package to the wrong address and then scanned it as if it was delivered to my address. There was an investigation ongoing for 2 weeks and the initial per son i spoke to stated that the package might have been delivered to a different townhouse association and the conclusion was that the package is lost. I was told to file a claim online but i cannot since the seller of the item did not purchase insurance. Now i call the post office and was told to call the 1800# to open a further investigation by Betty after being hung up on by Charles in the bergenfield office AFTER i told her what i had already been through. This is just flat out ridiculous customer service as i understand that mistakes happen but you do not compound the obvious mistake by arguing with an already frustrated customer and telling them to call another number and open ANOTHER investigation and prolong the process.
I wish to file an official complaint. Twice during the month ofApril I did not receive important documents related to the benefits I receive as a disabled person. My benefits were placed in jeopardy. Mail that was sent to me by the various sopport agencies were never received.
