I had a package picked up by a postman from Deptford and sent to Belmar Post Office. It was never scanned by them and it now sets in the somewhere in the post office unscanned. I was told by e-bay last night on the day of 3/24/19 about this package never being scanned. I need it scanned and sent back to the person I bought it from so I can get the refund in the amount of $57.00. I sent in two, one was scanned, this was not. Why not? I'm going to call today. But by what people say they don't answer the phone. What a place!!!! What is our Government coming to? They raise the price on mailing things, but they can't do their jobs. My name is on the package, please scan it and let me get my money. That is not to difficult. I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran who was in two wars. The package was going to Kentucky.

Have been calling the phone for the last 15 minutes .It keeps ringing and then someone picks it up and disconnects. Disrespectful treatment to customers trying to ask questions without physically walking into building.

For the last 6 months packages are showing they have been delivered however I don’t receive them for a few more days. I have called today over a dozen times and no one answers the phone. Not sure what’s happening I just want to know where my package is.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at my local (Belmar) post office? I have let it ring a dozen times and called repeatedly. I have a general question. All I need to verify is the name of our local mailman. While I think his name is Jim, I would like to write his last name on the front of the card. I tried calling the 800 number and the automated system is not set up to ask a general question. A 1 1/2 hour wait is too long to stay on hold. Does anybody really read these???
