I had a package coming from Amazon that was out for delivery according to Amazon and the USPS tracking site. I received and email from Amazon stating that USPS said it could not be delivered, USPS tracking said the customer had requested that it be held for pick up. I never requested it to be held. Went to Wolfeboro post office on Monday they could not find the package, said it may be on the truck for delivery. Spoke to the substitute driver later Monday while he was delivering mail. He said he did not have the package. Went to the post office on Tuesday with all the tracking info again, this time they found the package with a lot of attitude, like they were doing me a favor finding a package they lost. My son sent a letter to use from Yardley Pa. post office on Tuesday 6/9/20 and we have not received it. Letters mailed from Wolfeboro take two too three days to be received. Letters coming in to Wolfeboro take 7 to 10 days. Looks like the Wolfeboro post office can't receive mail and deliver it promptly. They do have attitudes!

Terrible service this summer. We did not receive mail in this neighborhood four separate times. I also have not received my Time magazine four times. I called to complain in August, and was met with a very poor attitude laden with excuses (people are on vacation). When my Time, which I should have received on Saturday, was not delivered today, Tuesday, I have had enough. I am composing a letter to be sent to your office, copying to the State of NH.
