WORST SERVICE!! I am a retired us government employee and my office had a telephone number for OUR OFFICE where you could actually SPEAK TO SOMEONE!! Your computer system for the phone as it can figure out if you are satisfied with the service before you finish. They tell you in the beginning of the call there will be a survey at the end . However it knows when they didn’t give good service it won’ PROVIDE THE SURVEY. Great idea so you won’t get any negative reviews. I now understand why the postal service is failing! At one time it was A good service.

Same experience happened to me today. Survey came on and My issue never solved with online voice call that USPS referred me to. FRUSTRATING
