My sister in law moved out of our apartment with no warning or forwarding address but continued to get mail and packages here we put it back in box and said no forwarding address well who ever is the relief carrier for our regular mail carrier stopped delivering our mail! Michael and Deborah Page still live on 96 Powers St. apt.185 here in Milford N.H. I have melds that we're deliver but sent back I am hadicaped and not able to take care of this personally.
