Tracy at the counter was the perfect example of what great customer service should be like. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and last but not least very personable.

If I didn't have video proof no one would believe me. The carrier "Steve " filed a false police report and lied about words being exchanged on the 17th and 19th. Causing a stop in home delivery. Video available on my Facebook page. After contact consumer affairs we also showed that tracking mail sent by us was tampered with. The tracking mail sent by consumer affairs was not. This post office is horrible. The only good reviews are by friends of workers. Other reviews of stolen or misplaced mail have been deleted.

Since the days of the Pony Express, the USPS has been at the indispensable and reliable heart of communications for U.S. residents and commerce. Efforts to privatize postal delivery in this country have undermined and purposely sabotaged a system that we used to be able to take for granted. Over the last four years, and especially leading up to the 2020 election, these efforts went on steroids, and the USPS has been cut off at the knees. Postal workers continue to do their best with reduced resources, but problems are inevitably still felt by the rest of us. If you are unhappy with postal services, get on the phone or email to your elected officials. Demand that the USPS be restored as a key government function intended to serve the citizenry, and given government revenues sufficient to do so.

Again! Packages not delivered when tracking says it was! Most of the time they put it on the wrong doorstep. Now I'm not receiving anything! I have $140.00 worth of food ordered at amazon and they say that it was delivered. I didn't get my regular mail either. I've been here waiting all day! It wasn't stolen or anything else. WTH is going on?

PLEASE put the Keene Post Office phone number in this website. The 800 number was no help at all.

I have signs posted on my mailbox and the mailbox for the downstairs apartment at 108 Valley St. and I have spoken to the Postmaster about this but obviously my requests are being ignored. The downstairs apt. entrance is on the Water St. side of the house and we have asked numerous times for their packages to be put on the porch. They are still being left on the steps and several times, if I had not had a late day or evening appointment, the packages would have been there all night. PLEASE can the mail delivery people (and there are many with all the substitutions) be told to take a few extra steps and put the packages for Apt. 1 on the side porch and do not leave outside in the weather. Thank you. Now • Delete

Coronavirus Consequences The zip code for North Swanzey needs to be changed. We know that this has been attempted previously. Unfortunately, it’s now more dangerous to run after the UPS, FedEx, and the Postal Service delivery personnel in order to return items that do not belong to us. We live on Colonial Drive in Keene. There is an apartment complex on Rt 12 North Swanzey that is known as Colonial Village apartments; they may have a new name currently. Their zip code is the same as ours, 03431. We receive mail and packages for the people that live there. More people are shopping online now, therefore we are getting more frequent misdeliveries, frustrating all of the carriers (and us). Please convince the USPS to change the zip code. By the way, we fully support the Postal Service. Thank you for your service.

I was stopped at a red light on Ashuelot St where it intersects with West St. I know that you can make a right hand turn after stopping to see if traffic is clear, but a pedestrian had hit the walk button, & the traffic light indicated several seconds left before it was legal to make a right hand turn. I was shocked that a driver zipped around me, did not pause a second, & made a right hand turn onto West St. It was Keene postal truck number 1258816. I was able to make my turn shortly thereafter so I could clearly see the truck number. Where did it need to go in such a hurry? Starbucks. When I had finished a quick errand farther down West St, I had to pass Starbucks again and the same truck was still at Starbucks. The illegal turn occurred on Saturday June 15, 2019 at approximately 1:59pm, & the truck was still at Starbucks at 2:14pm. Whether the driver was delivering mail to Starbucks, or on a break, this was blatant disregard for traffic safety. The driver clearly did not stop when it was making the right hand turn, & the light was still red when I made my turn. Please advise the driver that the citizens of Keene do not want mail delivered by someone so irresponsible. Thank you.

The staffer, “Tracy”, at the Keene NH Post Office passport renewal section, was exceptionally helpful, competent, and professional. I was treated with a high degree of respect and assistance. The somewhat complicated process was considerably eased for me. Hopefully this positive review will result in a likewise positive evaluation entry! Thank you, Tracy!

Came home this afternoon and found all our mail strewn on my driveway adjacent my garage. It rained over 1" here. All the mail, magazines, bills, bulletins, 14X17" paper pouch, were ruined, waterlogged, soaked. A larger package was water soaked as well. POSTMASTER: Suggestion: Train a New Hire to walk 10 feet more and deposit US Mail on our table in our weather proof porch. Better yet, new carrier, put our mail in our road side mail box! Thirty years of good roadside rural delivery. This delivery lack of consideration was uncalled for. VERY BAD DELIVERY

There is a growing problem at the drive-up mail boxes on Winter Street. I use them on the average of probably twice a week. Four times this winter I approached them only to find a large truck parked next to them. Three times it was business at NGM and once it was a delivery to the back of the Mexican restaurant. I suspect the crowded parking resulting from the increased court activity is creating this. The boxes need to be moved to another location or there needs to be enforcement of the parking regs.

When I worked on maintaining collection boxes we had 2 paint them regularly. They look now like I was the last 2 paint then 16/17 years ago. Relay boxes also look ugly

Mary - what a rude insensitive comment to make about a person doing his job I would like to see you walk half of the amount of Miles he must walk a day and see how you do with that. We are lucky that we get people like Mr Getty who performs his job delivering your Fingerhut catalogs on a daily basis. You should be ashamed of yourself for posting that comment that I would expect from a 12 year old girl
