I have had several issues with the Belmont post office! Very rude refusal of delivering my packages but yet not even letting us know but also saying our driveway is ice well our driveway is nothing but dirt and when the red keep that delivers here every once and a while he will leave our packages in the middle of the driveway. I have also had to go pick up my mail due to refusal to deliver it then when I get there the women behind the counter shrugged her shoulders and said the piece of mail that the gentleman I had spoke to on the phone said was waiting at the front desk. Now since Thursday of last week I have had to wait for a package to be delivered when it said next business day that would be today date of 12/28/20 I call and the women one the phone was extreemly rude and said no it wouldn’t be delivered due to my road my road is not and issue what so ever and is no issue for anyone else that delivers here including Amazon, fedex, ups but you guys won’t deliver our packages??? This isn’t fair and also not right for us to be treated like we did somthing wrong when looking for our mail or packages that were sent from family or important. Thanks
