Postal Locations

i ordered an expensive package and still have not received it, i went to the post office because a key was left in my mailbox and it didn’t open any of the other mailboxes, she asked me if there was a tag on the key and i said no then she proceeded to say “great that’s a list of things i have to do after i get off” then she told me she would drop it off later so i was expecting it to come later that day but nope and i still haven’t gotten it and i can’t even get ahold of the post office!

Apparently when you put a hold mail for delivery the date to stop the hold is at the discretion of the mail carrier. Twice I have had our mail held and twice the mail carrier has not delivered it as scheduled! We were supposed to get our held mail on Saturday, April 25 but it was not received. Now today’s Monday, April 27 none our mail has not been delivered including today’s pieces. What is going on? I have informed delivery, 6 pieces were to be delivered today and we had some important pieces that are time sensitive. My confirmation is CAH376499054.

I haven't gotten mail in almost 2 weeks and I have some important mail that I need tomorrow for an appointment at 1:30pm and I need it.
