The parking lot and drive up area in the parking lot area are almost inaccessible! There are chuck holes and huge cracks in the parking lot, but mostly in the area to drive up to the outdoor mailbox. They have gotten worse with the weather, but they were pretty terrible before this winter. Also huge cracks as you leave the post office. Could someone PLEASE look into fixing this? I can't and won't drive up to the mailbox because my tires will not survive. I'm sure other people have actually wrecked a tire or two, so consider this a notice that I will expect reimbursement if I have to replace a tire. The whole parking lot is a disgrace! It has been this way for quite a while. I look forward to a response to this review.

I sent my friend in GA a Christmas card. The card arrived to her damaged and the pictures had been taken out. I am trying to get in contact with this post office off Fort and the line keeps saying its busy. What is the deal here

Had a note that a package delivered to me was requested to be held. Which I never requested. When I called, they said it would be delivered the next day. Come to find out that there was insufficient postage on it and I owed $3.10. They left me an envelope for the cash, and I put it back in the mailbox. Carrier takes it and weeks go by without receiving my package. When I call, they can't find it and claim it is out for delivery yet it never shows up. What a joke.

The Northwest Office is the WORST, I dont know if its the system or just the employees but, SERIOUSLY, SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIGURE IT OUT, I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH DIFFICULTY AT ANY OTHER POST OFFICE JUST TO SIMPLY DO AN ADDRESS HOLD OR CHANGE !!!! They ALSO DONT ANSWER THE PHONE !!!

David is my postman and I cannot say enough good things about him. I have lived in my house for over 30 years and we have had maybe one incompetent mail person. I have absolutely no complaints!!

Constantly getting multiple neighbors mail in our mailbox, and carrier lies about attempted delivery of packages, saying it was an unsafe location, when they have delivered packages there before with no problems...and I was home.

That place is so poorly operated. They probably don't know what the sound of a ringing phone means.

You got that right. They lost an important certified mail item I needed. It took them an hour to find it. I was steaming mad.

There customer service is horrible ordered a package off Amazon paid for two day shipping and they lost my package and they keep telling me they'll call me back and so I ask if I'm not getting my package today are you going to pay me for the 2 day shipping I was supposed to get it and they keep saying I call you back

I believe it. I hope you got your money back for the 2 day service you paid for. That Northwest operation is a sorry excuse for a post office. I wouldn't bother paying for 2 day service if it means something being handled by the northwest post office--because they are not that efficient.
