A month ago, I ordered 53 pound of rolls of pennies from a chap in Lincoln. They got to the Omaha PO but never made it to California. Very sad that we can't trust the USPS any longer.

I have been trying to contact the Post Office in Omaha, Nebraska and can not get ahold of anybody. My question is that we sent a letter to Makrae N Kelly & she has not received it yet. We sent the letter to Address: 19006 Ontario Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68130. The problem is I don't think we put a return address on it. Any help would be very much appreciated. Terry g. Thompson 4521 Nw 164 Street Clive, Iowa 50325 Phone Number 7123339022 Thank you ever much.

I changed address and had my mail on hold. Yet no mail has been forwarded to my forwarding address. No one answers phone calls is this not a government establishment?! If my mail is still going to my old address then it is getting stolen!

I have Covid-19 and am stuck in a hospital for a while for my recovery, but I just discovered new problems related to my paying bills while in the hospital. ****U. S. Postal Money Order payments have not been delivered by Omaha's U. S. Postal Service to pay for storage bills at a couple of different storage facilities that I send payments to. So, I am behind in my storage unit bills by at least 2 or 3 months because the Post Office lost my mail. The Post Office is totally unreliable. There appears to be nothing that I can do to solve the Post Office problem. If I ask for a refund, I have to pay for the paperwork to get a refund which means that I lose a percentage of the payment(s) and must pay late fees to the storage unit(s) that didn't receive the mail. The Post Office jeopardizes my losing my storage belongings to an auction. It appears to be an ongoing problem since it recently has happened once before earlier this year; so, it is also deja-vu. It is government unreliability and inefficiency, and, the Post Office said that it will not investigate how the mail disappeared, but rather, only notify me if the missing mail is ever found. Previously, I thought that all my bills were paid up in advance, but, now, they are 2 to 3 months behind. This could lead to my losing my belongings and/or to the disposal or auctioning of my belongings due to the mail loss.

No one ever answers at the main post office and then the line disconnects.(402-345-1338). This is poor service. I live at Trinity Courtyard in Papillion. We often do not get mail delivery on Saturday. We have contacted Papillion post Office and it does no good.

Like any government agency. You can't get any assistance from them. I called their national toll free number and wasn't able to get a hold of a human. Still using excuses related to the COVID-19. Like they are the only government agency not able to work through COVID. I also called the Omaha, NE post office number and kept getting disconnected when it answers. Unable to contact anybody regarding stolen mail.

The United States postal service is reported as having its law enforcement arm quietly running a program that tracks and collects Americans’ social media post activity. What legal authorities do you have to conduct this surveillance? What facility, office or personnel in the Omaha are involved in surveilling Nebraska/Iowa citizens?

Called 402-345-1338 3 times no answer. How is anyone suppose to get help if you can't get anyone to answer your calls. Is this number just something to give people to satisfy them.

Delivery of my VA Hospital Medications by your delivery person is NOT proper by simply throwing the small bags of medications on my front steps is NOT acceptable. Both packages received today were clearly small enough to be placed inside my mail box. This is not the first time that issue has been addressed to include someone walking down the side walk removing my medications. Which causes major issues trying to have the VA Hospital re-issue my meds. Address is 5218 South 13th Street, 68107.

I am absolutely fed up with the Omaha plant mis sending my packages. I live in Clatonia NE. Last week they sent one of my packages to North Platte, took several extra days to turn around. Yesterday they sent one of my packages to Beatrice NE and I have no ideal how long that one will take to reach me. In the past year I have received two packages whose contents were totally destroyed, one in a "body bag" they use for damaged mail. Funny, they returned the contents to the sender who had to resend it to me. My address was intact on the package, why didn't they just send it to me? This is a poor performing post office.

This phone number does not work. It is the same number given to me by the USPS person at the 800 number for Omaha, NE. Which I needed for lost mail, supposedly at their end.

Tried to call the local P.O., but after it rang 5 times it automatically put me on hold and after 35 seconds exactly on every 4 times I called, it hung up. Then i tried to call the toll free number, i got through to a recording on the carrier issue line and it said the wait time was 1 hour. Give me a break, I know you guys were most likely shut down but that's too long to wait when the issue could be solved quickly!!

I was trying to find your hours-especially for pick-up—for New Year's Eve (Dec. 31). I would guess others would have been interested in knowing them for Christmas Eve (Dec. 24). Is there any way you could post these next year? We'd appreciate it!!!
