They said they couldn’t deliver my package. Truth is they didn’t even try. They didn’t even get out of the vehicle. They pulled into the parking lot and pulled right back out. They also said they left a notice which they did not. Where’s my package? This is absolutely unacceptable.

I've had very recent problems with the mail service in Omaha. My carrier seems to think I don't need my registered mail. Twice now he's just put a redelivery notice in my box. Both those times I have been home.they won't knock on my door they won't ring the door bell. I fill out the card for redelivery and just get the card back again! I just signed up for automatic electronic signature and still don't get my mail. I'm pissed.

We have had very disappointing mail service since purchasing our home in Omaha. Our mail keeps being held by the delivery person and she writes on the letters/bills "dog out" I work Monday-Friday from 7-6 If the mail person was here anytime between those times then chances are the dogs are not out as they are both 8 months old and indoor animals. My husband has caught her walking right past our house on more than one occasion when he has been home during the day. Last week he asked her why she skipped us and she asked if the dogs were out. She had not even checked. Several times our mail has been delayed for several days. She has also written on our letters "gate locked" Our gate does NOT have a lock on it. If she would even deliver at somewhat of a consistent time then we could always guarantee 100% that the dogs are inside so she can feel comfortable to deliver the mail. Today was the final straw for me. The mail person did delver the mail, and left a white and neon green package on the front ledge of our house. The package says "Dog out" This package was our checks we have been waiting for from the bank. In the past there has been NO issue holding onto our mail but when it comes to something that could be detrimental to our family's finances it is perfectly acceptable to leave on the ledge of our home? Had these been taken and used fraudulently the recourse would have been far greater than a complaint letter. This is unacceptable service and I have no confidence that we are getting all of our mail consistently. We have also had several instances of receiving mail that is not ours or is for the neighbors. I have sent back letter, after letter, after letter that is not ours or addressed to us. What needs to be done to correct this issue so that we can rest assured that our privacy isn't being compromised and that we are receiving our bills and letters on time?

I'm wondering where you live. Your mail person sounds like ours. We live on Rural Route 46 and have paid over $150 to have our mail forwarded during vacation....we have not seen any in 3 weeks! Last time we ended up with 3 past due bills when we returned. I hope you make a campaign of getting your mail...maybe it will help us

I've caught our mailman walking right by the house too. I chase him down... his response "oh, I thought I saw dogs" IDIOT. I work at home, the mail contains money which I'm looking for. I keep the dogs in UNTIL we get mail. Additionally we receive our neighbors mail at least 5-7 times a month. We walk it over. Apparently our neighbors do not return the favor, or our mailman is STEALING our mail - as NOW our credit card account is broken into. I've now been on the phone for 3.25 hours trying to reach someone. Helluva' service!
