I have been trying to receive two packages sent to me for a month now. The first box was sent back to Omaha twice and the PO finally received it. But when I tried to figure out what was going on, there was a substitute there and they said they knew nothing and I would have to wait until the regular person was there. I finally received the first package over two weeks after it was sent. At the same time, the inside door was broken and so the PO was locked and since I don't receive mail at my house (which is in town by the way), I have to wait for the weekend because of my work hours to get my mail or take time off of work. So this has been a major inconvenience. The second box was sent back to the sender because of miscommunication within the post office. We moved but our PO box number stayed the same, but someone thought that meant we didn't have the same number, so they sent it back. I had to wait for it to get back to the vendor and then work with them to get the package sent back to me. Finally my tracking number told me that the package should be available for pickup as of yesterday, but because of the limited hours I had to wait until today to get it. This means going in late to work AGAIN. Unfortunately, there was a substitute this morning and they said my package either wasn't there or they couldn't find it. But the tracking number says it is available for pick up at the post office. Complete incompetence, and this is a tiny little post office! So I still have not received my package and I am beyond frustrated. This is $250 worth of goods and some of it is important for health reasons so it is completely ridiculous that I can not depend on my local post office.
