I purchased an item off of eBay. Specifically put shipping address is different from billing address because said item was being delivered to my mom. Address on the box was correct for where item was supposed to be shipped. I was charged an additional $22.05 because of “change of address” and “too far off road” what’s the point of filling out different shipping address if I get charged for it not being shipped there? My mother’s mail lady is great about delivering to our business in town if she can’t get down the driveway. Not happy with a bullshit charge when it was the fault of the post office and not mine.
