Postal Locations

Have scheduled pickups multiple times and several times, they do not pickup the package on the correct date if at all. I have to call back or reschedule to get it picked up. It’s ridiculous how unreliable our mail system is here.

Whom ever delivers on Satuedays in my area doesnt give a hoot. I have been tracking my package for a very long time and it FINALLY was "out for delivery" today. After several checks on my Informed Delivery app it shows "NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY LOCATION" Funny, yesterday's driver was able to deliver a package right to my front door. Now I will have to wait till Monday to hopefully get my package. I will be going into the office to voice a complaint about the driver today. This isn't the first time my Mail has been delayed. I noticed a Christmas card on my Informed Delivery the week before Christmas but did not receive it until after the 1st. I just dont trust getting my mail on time any more.

Last night I used my Stamps.com account to put postage on packages that needed to go out. Today, I called and ordered a pick-up for them, I was told that they would be picked up, and I gave them instructions as to where to pick them; up. Tonight, they are still sitting on my table. I was trying to beat the storm, as they were going to Texas. What do I have to do to get them picked up, and will my postage be wrong for tomorrow? Upset in Williston??????

If we have a vendor that uses usps, I always verify the size of the package to make sure it fits our mailbox. I came in to work on a Saturday because I was waiting for a package. Got there at 7:30 waited till about noon. Just before I left, I got a tracking update. Notice said the package was Undeliverable because the business was closed and no one was available at shipping and receiving. I reviewed the security camera footage thinking maybe I missed them when I went to the restroom and found nothing! They didn't even show up and still had the nerve to update the tracking with lies! Tried calling the local office, but you either get a busy signal or it just rings, they never answer. I will only use UPS or Fedex now. This has got to be the worst PO in ND.

AJ need to get a job where he doesn’t work with the public or answer phones. He has no idea what he’s doing. Thank goodness for other employees.

I recently misplaced my keys from my mailbox I have not been able to check my mail for over a month. Please advise what I need to do if I cannot locate my keys for my mailbox. My address is 13664 Redwood way NW; Williston North Dakota.

I just wanted uoy to know my boxes got put in rong bulding. My boulding 4615 It was 200 $ i do get text when i order thing so when i came home i did wounder where my boxes was no key. I was going to call you but sins i get if at 6 to late. So around 7.30 A person knok on my app ask if my name said they had my boxes. So i was locky. This person was honesty.

Haven’t gotten mail for over three days on 42nd St E. No answer at the local office and 1hour wait to talk to customer service on the 800 number. I just want my mail!!!

i have the usps app and they always notify that we have mail each day then this is 2 time already that the mail not show up!!! and it’s very important mail!!!! new mail man by bison drive where is my mail!

I'm expecting a package. Well we have road construction on our street. My husband has received 3 packages without incident...my package they email me saying its undeliverable fo yo no road access but I have seen the USPS vehicle drive thru this road construction daily...what the heck...now my package is being returned to sender!

Absolutely 100% horse shit

2 days in a row my packages have been in the wrong parcel box @ my building. This is heartbreaking. I see on my tracking that my package is delivered just to run downstairs and outside to find an empty parcel box when I open it w/ the key. Yesterday I had my upstairs neighbors package & they got mine. I just want these ppl to get trained properly so I can get my mail/packages PLEASE!

they are terrible never got my package three different times and was told in so many words that i was lying. they are a bunch of lazy thieves

WORST SERVICE EVER!! PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY. I CALLED A MONTH AGO ABOUT A PACKAGE THAT WAS MARKED DELIVERED ON THE WEB SITE MY PACKAGE JUST CAME YESTERDAY!!

This has to be the worst post office of any place I have ever been. The phone is always busy, the packages that get sent up here never make it to my destination. The post office marks it as delivered even though it is not. I went down and waited in line for a half an hour that is way to long for a pick up. Then they told me they didnt have the package and that the carrier might have tried to deliver it. They took my phone number and said they would call me as soon as they found out where it was. no surprise I never recieved a phone call. Worst post office in the u.s. this place needs some help.
