I want a negative rating, but Had to pick 1star am close to 60 yrs old,and I have lived in Many states, currently, past 5 yrs. In ND, and this Whole state,ND Has the worst, unorganized, NEever delivered on time EVEN when I add over $25, for Express, it's Always days after, or " arriving late,"!@ they apologize ,:yet in 5 yrs,of ongoing issues ,cannot seem to Get it together, and get other states ,with WAY HIGHER POPULATIONS,AND so much more mail/packages being delivered, that ND, could know how it's suppose to be handled, The Postmaster General, who getting federal pay benefits, and it's not a new system, or business, Find out where, and how to get equipment, emplyess@ service running like Every other state,in U.S.A., does, I never had all mail misdelivered to Wrong address completely( my social security card,) luckily neighbor brought it to my door, unopened i have no other option for lots , but this is a business, Federal, that has No Excuse to Not know,or get what's needed, Bismark,ND main office, ,especially,Get it right,Please

I have to say I have never had my express priority mail go to my significant other on time. His medications have been late many times causing him to lose work and it’s unacceptable. The refund doesn’t matter. They shouldn’t offer priority mail express if they can’t ever get it In priority. Fed ex is going to bring this place out of business if they don’t get there crap together. There is one postal lady that stopped everything she was doing when he tracked her down so he didn’t have to wait 8 hours to have his package delivered to him since it was priority and already 4 days late. God bless her but to the Bismarck distribution center taking 3 days to get a package to wear it needs to be in less then 12 hours shame on you. Don’t offer a service you can’t actually do. I wonder how 1 day international works if it takes 5 days for a 2 day express package in the USA.

Who exactly is in charge of the postal service and workers?? My daughter too has had nothing but continual problems of not receiving her mail. For example a Birthday card was sent in April, mind you post dated in "April", and was just returned ripped and part of the envelope missing to the sender in Montana. This is absolutely absurd that there is not accountability to the post office for mail that has not been received. Another example. Daughter received 4 pieces of mail from the same Dr's office that was visited months ago. She "JUST" received all pieces at the same time stating they were late notices. So if that bill which should have been covered by insurance that she COULD have taken care of it she had known goes to collection who is to blame for that? I would think since this is Govt Service, they should be held accountable.

My address is 1606 apt 1 The package said 1606 Your employee can’t read the name on my box or the other things being mailed!? So I waited a month for my items and this person was going to send it back?!?! Yet they can still manage to deliver mail to my box (with all the occupants listed on the box on a piece of paper) to a person that hasn’t lived here in over two years!?!?! Sad when employees don’t give a crap and it shows

Today I went to pick up my 2 packages that I had yellow cards for. I received 3 packages. To my surprise a package received 2/8 written on I received 3/26. No Notice before this or they couldn’t find it when I went to pick up at an earlier yellow card pick up???? This was a package with medication from a pharmacy. Which was a problem with my doctor & pharmacy. [number removed]964
