Postal Locations

I am writing this in regards to the Postal Employee Marina at the Ray office. It is a very positive experience to have trouble with the mail service and have someone actually find an answer for the customers. Marina does this, she will go the extra mile to find out why, where and how come that package is not delivered. She actually finds out the reason and gets to the bottom of it. Her asset to the Postal Service is one we need in Ray of recommendation for our community service to us as customers. She has a very friendly kind disposition to her at the window also which creates good customer service and professional experience.Thank You Diane Brunner

Ever since the new post office lady in Ray has started, approx. 1month ago, we have consistently had to return again and again to get packages that we've gotten delivery confirmations on. This last one was scanned into Ray PO 6 days 1 day ago and she can not find it...this is not an unusual occurrence since she started.
