Larul works for New Town ND I called to ask about box charge and that I had a receipt that showed I payed in April she was very rude to me saying I don’t make the rules answered the phone and then got upset I was asking her about how long 105 pays for she then said I am with a customer and put the phone down and started telling the customer how someone is arguing with her about the price and picked the phone aske me my box’s number again I told her she told me it’s a medium size and that’s the price I explained that I didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me and that she is rude and that is why she has a lot of confrontation with people because she does she treats people poorly

This post office has no clue what the heck they are doing! They CONSTANTLY send packages back! No notice in the mailbox of a package in hand they just send everything back! Employees are rude, disrespectful and act as if you are inconveniencing them.

Don't do any banking through this post office!!!!! They have stolen mail with checks in it and have been investigated by the USPS. Many people were fired over it. And yes they do loose a lot of mail. On more then one occasion they have sent my mail back stating that there is no mail receptacle. If that be the case what have I been paying rent on. Now they have some sort of agreement with U.P.S that they can leave the packages at the post office. But as you all know U.P.S wants your physical address and when it gets left at the post office they send it back because there is no post office box number on it. Well there you go, now we have more missing packages.

I have sent many packages threw new town a few had made it to my family in new town but 7 have been marked with " incorrect address ". It is a good address! I have contacted the United States postal service and they confirmed that it is a good address. So please let me know what the problem is. Thank you.

Worst post office. Worst excuse for a post office. They lose your mail. Put mail in the wrong P.O. Boxes. They close P.O. Boxes and give them to someone else when it is set up on automatic renewal. Expect to change your address every 3 months because they can not keep anything straight.
Worst mistake was even starting business with this post office.
