I've never had customer service issues at this location. The problem I have is with the operation hours of this location. The window is only open 6 hours a day for 'retail'. The window opens well after most people start work, is closed over a popular lunch hour and then closes at 4 or 4:30 before most people are even done with work. It makes it extremely difficult to conduct any business here! The hours need to be re-examined or lunch breaks need to be alternated in order to keep the window open as much as possible for customers.
