I called the customer service at 4:54 today to tell them that the mailman forgot to lock the mailbox's and they were all just tipped forward and all the mail is available to anyone. At 8:35 tonight it's still the same. I push them back in place but they're not locked. I thought our mail would be taken care of better than this and they would have sent somebody out to lock them.
This issue complaint for the date of April 12, 2021.
Ok MondayApril 12,2021, we had our mail delivered to our front door versus our mailbox. That would have been fine, but it was raining and snowing. Our mail got completely soaked. A box and two envelopes were soaked. I checked our mailbox to see by chance if was full and that would have made the postal person put at our front door. The mailbox only had one flyer in it,so there was no need put our mail at the door.
This has never happened before in the 19 years we have lived here. There is no reason for this to happen!
We reside at 903 W. Sweet Ave. Our mail is delivered to box #5 directly across the street from our residence.
Can someone explain to me why this occurred? The postal person was being lazy and not doing their job. I look forward to your response.
Many delivery services, like Amazon, do not allow me to put the 1/2 in my address. My name is clearly written on my mailbox. My packages are always on my neighbors porch. Today, my mail was in my front yard. Luckily it’s not very windy or I never would’ve found it. My address is N 16th street. I don’t know who delivers here but they need to know that putting an envelope on top of a package at the WRONG HOUSE is not delivering mail.
We have been not receiving our mail for over a month this happened last year at this time and we got charged on our bills for being late we have filled out one of those forms we have called and nobody answers we can't talk to anybody where is our mail going if it's not going to Arizona or Bismarck where is our mail going
Wow I am trying to find a very important lost letter. I call the toll free number and all I get is someone trying to sell me "free road side assistance" and a number of other things. When I finally decide not to push any more buttons to be led to another 'Sale" they disconnect me. No one answers the local phone number......on by the way it said the call was going to be recorded for customer quality assurance! What a joke!

Why does everything I order online, keep moving in all other cities/states post offices, but when my items get to Bismarck, they sit for days (even up to a week!) before they start moving again??? I order so many things online. My packages never stay in one place longer than 24 hours. When my item gets to Bismarck, they stay for an average of 5 days. WHY?! KEEP IT MOVING PEOPLE! Bismarck post office is the ONLY place this happens consistently.
I want you to know that we received 3 different addresses’ mail on Friday. I can see that accidents happen when we occasionally get one piece of mail belonging to our neighbor but it is absolutely careless and unacceptable to have incorrect mail for 3 of our neighbors. Our house number is 1830 and in our mailbox on Saturday was mail for house numbers :
How can we be assured that OUR mail is not going to the wrong address?
Please look into this matter promptly.
I order things online and the Bismarck post office is so so slow compared to other post offices. I have package tracking and the package sits at the Bismarck post office longer then traveling over 4 states, 4 days sitting at the post office! Thats not the only problem, I had a application I was sending in the mail, deadline for it and the mailman didn't pick up my mail I was sending for 2 days! Making it late for the deadline!
