Wish I did not live in this area! The mail lady knows I am disabled, and has stopped delivering packages out of spite because of another employee and I had a disagreement. I have to pay someone to go to the PO to pick up packages for me 2-3 times a week, as it's close to Christmas, and I shop for my grandchildren online. Each time, I have to pay $5 for them to get my mail for me, and as I said, I'm disabled, so that's taking food from my plate, and not being able to get my medications. The lady at the desk supposedly spoke with the carrier, to no avail. I purchased a larger mailbox that flat rate boxes and envelopes can fit in, yet they don't even put those in the box. It's really sad that there's really no one to complain to about the horrible 'customer service' I am receiving.
