Postal Locations

I am here from out of state. I arrived at the post office at 4:45 and the main door was open, but the other door for mailing services was closed! There were people inside and the employee clearly saw me and wouldn't open the door. 15 minutes early before a Holiday (it's July 3rd). This is my business that is being affected. I sell on eBay and I had five small packages to ship. It's just unfathomable to me that a post Office closes 15 minutes prior to the actual closing time. I'm still sitting here and I'm going to look up whoever is in charge of this post office because this is absolutely ridiculous!

I am receiving my mail later and later - usually after 5 pm. Have talked to the POSTMASTER and complained about the delivery time changes he implemented. He said it was for safety???, but across the street, they still received their mail at the same time they have always and that we used too for past 20 + years, - between 11am and noon. Now if we get it before 5 pm, we are lucky. It seems anytime we complain to the POSTMASTER, it becomes later and later. Our friends across the street are still getting their mail around 11 am. Can someone help me? I think it has become personal with him. 1218 Pinckney St, Whiteville, NC 28472 Or he has redirected the deliveries for other reasons.

I need to know the correct address for the address that was Rt. 5, Box 178, Whiteville, NC
I had 1245 Pinelog Rd from power bill, but was told today that it is incorrect and that 911 number is 1264. Could you help me with the correct address. There is not a mail box at this time because of Thiefs who keep stealing it. Thank you.
