This 28787 US Post Office has been great...up to now. An IRS US Treasury envelope was supposed to have been delivered on THURSDAY according to the "INFORMED DELIVERY" site. But today it was not delivered on FRIDAY either. My phone call to the 28787 post office rang for nearly four minutes, and then it was disconnected! The web link to an "expert online" is a scam--asking me to pay for a response. WHAT IS GOING ON????

I just talked someone at the Weaverville post office. After reading the other comments, I was a bit worried about what might be about to happen. Instead of what the other commenters said, I was greeted warmly and given prompt attention. The postal worker was knowledgeable and eager to help. It was a great experience over all!

I have ordered boxes several times through the USPS mail site I never receive them and when I do it’s one box not the case that I ordered. I need the boxes for my business. When I call the post office no one ever answers. When I schedule a pick up it seems that the carrier shows up two hours earlier than normal. I can’t leave my shipment out on the porch all day because theft is high in this area. What is going on at Weaverville?

My employee took the mail into the Weaverville post office between 10:00 - 10:30 AM this morning. We had several letters that had to be hand stamped. This instruction was given to us by the Asheville Post Office. The female postal clerk refused to hand stamp the the envelopes and through them back at my employee and said that she was going to charge her $3.00 per envelope to mail envelopes that already had two first class stamps. Also it is impossible to call and file a complaint with that location because they keep their phone off the hook.

I normally live in asheville, but came to Greensboro for college i am not a snow flake over fifty years old. the duration was for one year, so had my mail forwarded. I have tried to work with Greensboro post office three times, with getting my Barrons publication, and found that do not answer questions at the post office, but give you a phone number, which in three call has never responded and never answers. In asheville i was able to solve my problem, with a phone call, and resolved the problem in five minutes. the Greensboro postal department is unresponsive and don't care, very poorly manged, and the staffing reflects this. it is time for someone from the department to come observe the treatment received , and the total lack of of concern by employees.
