It is raining today. Mailbox was not closed, and mails were at least 30% outside the box and are complete exposed wind and rain. There was a bank check and vehicle renewal tab, 80% wet. So irresponsible.
I am writing to complain about mail services. Sent mail to Oregon and it ended up in Hawaii. Now sent mail to canada and mail circulating between charlotte and FL. Somebody in there need geography lessons or should quit.
Even mails delivered at home is a mess. Mail put in boxes that are not right and we have to take to the right address. I must rate the USPS as 1/5
can you please advise the mail carrier to close my mailbox at 3501 parkwood school rd, monroe, nc 28112, when delivering mail, several times i have had mail in the street because the box is not closed properly
Customer Service is an after thought at the Waxhaw NC Post Office. Employee - Marshall needs to have Customer Service Training. His attitude has something to be desired. Sadly when the time comes to use the Post Office again I will avoid Marshall or for that matter utilize the pack and send which is just a short distance down the road.
I just had a terrible experience with a postal clerk named Oliver at the Waxhaw post office. He was rude and disrespectful. I needed to send a certified letter And needed to ask a question and he refused to help me because the form wasn’t ready. If he would have shut his big mouth and listened he would have understood that I had a question. He then proceeded to say that because I wasn’t ready that is why I was at the back of the line. When the real reason I was at the back of the line is because he is so slow and incompetent. The day I need smart a** remarks from a postal clerk is the day I close my business. Do Waxhaw a favor and train him in how to treat customers or get rid of him!
You have a teller in Wahaw, NC a very big a man with who is extremely rude! He was inappropriately talking and laughing at your customer very rude to your customer he should not be a teller at the USPS especially in Waxhaw! He was talking very rudely to your customer! Please tell a manager!
Been moved into our new Waxhaw neighborhood for 4 days now and each day we have either not received mail (a neighbor brought us our letters) or received another neighbors mail, all of those 4 days. In the 4 years of living in Charlotte I think that happened maybe 5 times. Our neighborhood constantly delivers each other’s mail. I am about to have a 3rd baby and can not do this mail persons job too. Fix the mail person for 28173, ASAP.
Just wanted to write to you as a 12 year+ resident of Waxhaw at Occaneechi Court. My former letter carrier Donna was fabulous for 11 of those years and is missed. Admittedly, our new carrier Laura is fabulous also and wanted you to know that they both are/were appreciated. You are to be commended for hiring and retaining such great people.

Tried calling for a week but Waxhaw PostMaster number constantly busy and General 1-800 number has 50 minute wait. I am complaining because I have received two separate times my packages with big quarter sized holes on the side with what looks like some one pressed in the package with their finger in my packages. They both were the same quarter sized holes pressed distinctly inward. Very concerning considering holiday season. Coincidental? Please advise. Thank you.
I am not sure what happened to our normal postal carrier for the Shannon Vista neighborhood in Zip Code 28173 but I would like to request her back. We have had many days of receiving no mail, to the point where it has become a conversation through the neighborhood, and days where we receive everyone else's mail. Yesterday alone I received mail for 8 other houses- one of which is not even in Waxhaw but in Charlotte. I hand delivered the 7 pieces of mail that were for others in my neighborhood as this has become such a hot topic since our usual mail carrier has been replaced. Can you please let me know if we can have our previous mail carrier back or please ask that the replacement pay more attention when delivering our mail? Also, additional complaints have been noted on our neighborhood site of a mailbox that had been hit by a new carrier and also a speeding complaint for a return trip (they assumed he had forgotten to deliver something and had to go back) and was in excess of 35 mph at be guess. Please take action to help our neighborhood.
