The mail service from this post office is terrible! They lose mail, deliver mail to the wrong addresses, leave packages out in the rain (instead of walk 10 ft to put on the porch), will not answer the phone, etc. Totally on par for this crappy town.

Brigette Matheson is a C U Next Tuesday and should be fired. She was a rude beeyotch today to me and my wife. Many complaints on here and a) she still has a job and b) still treats the public like a raging beeyotch UNBELIEVABLE. Someone needs to fire her ass immediately. She makes over $60K annually to get away with being a beeyotch.

This post office needs to deliver earlier than they do. My roommate is a Navy vet and on disability waiting for his check that never seems to be delivered on time. Also they always leave my mailbox wide open. So if it rains I have wet mail. Something needs to be done. WTF!

Absolutely the worst post office anywhere!!

This post office is horrible I can’t tell you how many times they have delivered my mail to someone else and they did it today so I try calling and no one answers the phone

it is 10:37 p.m. and I have not received my mail. Your system tells me that I have mail that will be delivered today but it has has not yet been delivered. WTF. Why can you not deliver my mail in a timely manner? This is an issue I have complained about MANY times. DELIVER MY MAIL ON TIME. WTF

Very unhappy with current mail carrier and local post office!! In the last 3.5 weeks I have called 5 times regarding packages of mine being delivered to everyone in the area EXCEPT me! A description of my home has been given THREE times. Mailbox is labeled and so is porch. I was told on two occasions that the mail carrier would retrieve my packages and deliver them to me and that someone would be in contact with me, neither time did the mail carrier retrieve my packages nor did anyone keep in contact with me. Thankfully I have good enough neighbors who made sure the packages got to me! I’m now missing another package that was delivered today, I have checked with 3 surrounding neighbors who are the ones who usually seem to get my packages and not one of them have this package so there is no telling where this package is that contains Christmas gifts! I will be calling FOR THE SIXTH TIME in the morning!! Beyond ridiculous and highly irresponsible!

Extremely rude clerk at post office today at 1:10 pm. Working as a hospital setting, I have learned treat people with kindness and respect but that was not the case today. Very unwelcoming place!

you need to fire all the workers at this location in taylorsville nc they have no clue on how to deal with the public and there rudness is unacceptable i never met anyone more nasty and rude as the women that work the desk

very poor excuse for a post office, does any one know how to file a personal compliant against an employee {a lady by the name of Bridget Matheson is the employee i am talking about} at this location {Taylorsville N.C.)? for people who work with the public it is their to job to help customers without an attitude and being so rude and also helping customers without trying to rush them out before they are done buying what they need and or paying for items, people like this lady and how she treated me ruins it for the good hard working usps workers and it also even gives the good employees at this location a very bad name as well so this is just a very kind warning if you do have to go to the post office for any reason do not allow Bridget Matheson to wait on you unless you wanted to be treated like trash. she wouldnt even let me use a pen its her job to help the customers i wouldnt let her watch a goldfish let alone be working with customers in the open public , thank you

Our mail carrier put a package into our Rubbermaid mailbox that shouldn't have been left in it and it warped the mailbox. The door is now warped and hard to open and shut.

they got the ruddest employess

Had a Sunday Amazon delivery on Easter Sunday ( thank you) but the female driver backed into my yard, spun it up and made ruts in my yard. So not respectful of personal property.

I have gone to the US POST OFFICE in Taylorsville, did a change of address on September 27, 2017. It takes a month to get mail forwarded to us. Missed the deadline for my health benefits!

Nothing against the actual Taylorsville NC post office but we ordered a package online and was told delivery by July 22nd. There was a mix up on a change of address by my daughter in law (our fault I know) and all of our mail was forwarded to their address (3 miles away) I understand fully that the blame was on her for that. What I do not understand is how I still haven't received my package and all I am told when I call the Taylorsville branch is that everything forwarded goes back to Virginia and they take their time and it could be a month! Really? WOW!! How hard is it to reroute something? I mean for goodness sakes we can overnight a package around the world but my little small package is going to take a whole month to be rerouted?? # miles away and even if it did go to Virginia? How hard is that? Something is seriously wrong with that and I understand why people pay to have their packages delivered elsewhere.
