Delivery person leaves very small packages on my driveway. A package today was left in the rain.
We have a front porch. Packages should be left on the porch.
Also, the postal clerks at the Summerfield office do not know what media mail is.
I am very disappointed after numerous requests asking the carrier to shut the door on my mailbox, especially during rainy weather to continually come home from work and find my mail soaked because the local carrier is being punitive & vindictive and intentionally leaving the mailbox door open when it is rainy weather, because I have complained -- allowing my mail to be destroyed beyond use.
My 5 year old grandson is able to close the mailbox door without difficulty
I'm so angry - this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I return home to find my mail "soaked" because the idiot carrier is too lazy to close the door of my mail box - it looks like my important mail including credit card statements, Guilford county tax notices and checks were dropped in a bucket of water and cannot be salvaged - I feel like the carrier has malicious intent because no idiot could be so incompetent - how much brains does it take to shut a door of a mail box - I see mail boxes up & down my road that are left open - probably intentional - what an idiot - my 5 year old grandson could do a better job !
The parking lot is constantly full; it seems the employees are taking up the spots. It seems needful to expand the parking area for the patrons. The box for mail to be collected is running over -- there is need for another collection box.
I also have had a problem with our mail. Not receiving checks and credit card bills and car payments and bank statements, etc.
What is the problem.????
We use to never have problems with our mail. Now my neighbors receive my mail and I theirs. It's quite a pain to have to drive down the street and drop off a package that should have been delivered to them in the first place. Please look at the house numbers before you put them in our boxes. Please bring back our old mail carrier!!
I'm concerned of the amount of mail we've been reviecing in our mail box that is NOT ours. My neighbors and I have physically been exchanging mail OR we are placing the mail back into the mail box with flags up! This is honestly unacceptable!
I am a resident in Southern Woods Subdivision, Summerfield, NC. I and several of my neighbors have called the Postmaster at the Summerfield Post Office to complain about our current mail carrier. He has consistently delivered our mail to the incorrect address for a number of months and this is a major concern to us all. We feel we are entitled to a higher level of service from the postal service. We are not employed by USPS and shouldn't have to go to each other's mailboxes to retrieve/deliver each other's mail! Please AGAIN address this matter and make the necessary changes.
