We've always received great service until our carrier changed. It appears there have been some fill in drivers. So one driver decided to vandalize our mailbox and wrote in black marker our address # on the side. Luckily, I was able to remove it with a magic eraser... and got our numbers back on the post. Our address # is also on our porch so there was no sense in this!!

Worst drivers I've ever had. They drive 3 feet into my yard to make a turn around. I've repeatedly asked to stop. I'm done asking. Now I have to put borders up to stop them.

I received my two children's spring pictures from school today. And lo and behold! Statesville USPS drivers didn't disappoint! A large envelope marked VERY clearly " do not bend or crush". Can you guess? BENT ALMOST IN HALF!!!!! On MANY occasions do the drivers stuff the mailbox SO full that you can't get anything out, so bad so that our mailbox moves all around because of them shoving things inside that belong at a door or porch!!! But I've never said anything, because I didn't want it to get worse. But now. Now my kids f'ing pictures that a single mom spent $85 f'ing dollars on, and of which I can't afford to replace. So THANKS A MILLION for the bent pictures, we'll remember them for years too come!! Y'all ought to be SO ashamed of yourselves, but nah. It ain't yours so you ain't worried. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone had called me back from the postal office after I reported that my mail may have been stolen. I come home late at night and find my mailbox opened and empty, empty I can understand. Left open though I find suspicious. Instead of someone calling me back to help me find out what’s happening, a rude woman said that I just don’t get a lot of mail. That’s not the case at all, the case is someone is leaving my mailbox open and I doubt if I didn’t have mail, the carrier would even open it. Now I work 7 days a week and I can’t even complain on my off time as postal office hours are closed. I will be calling back tomorrow to explain the situation and I hope I don’t get brushed off again.

Hello I live on N Bost st and once again I’ve have gotten one of those pink we missed you first attempt slips. Mind you right now I work from home in my living room l.. so I would know if someone knocked on the door to try and give me said letter that needs a signature. But wait this isn’t the first time this has happened. And when I called they said “ My carriers wouldn’t do they they do their jobs correctly” Um no they don’t 1. They don’t like getting out of there little buggy’s 2. I personally have seen them not deliver mail because they have to get out! Someone please help me! I don’t have a car during the day to pic this letter up! My husband has it at his work! Carriers get out of you cars and do your job

We have not rec'd our mail again today. We are a healthcare provider and business. Getting our mail regularly is important. It used to come before lunch, but lately that has not been happening. There are other businesses in this area that I'm sure need their mail also. Please report this to top management so hopefully something will be corrected. I know all of the route carriers are doing the best that they can. But routes need to be adjusted. Thank You

I have been standing outside the locked bulk mailing entrance door for 20 minutes. I rand the bell 3 times. Finally someone came to check and said they’d get someone to open the door so that I could leave the mail. 20 more minutes have passed and I’m still waiting. This is surely not the way the government runs a business? And I am sorry to say That I experience this every time I come! Locked doors and waiting.

The exterior of the Oakland Avenue is a mess. Weeds and grass on and among the broken brick entrance - these bricks are actually unsightly and not easy to walk over particularly adjacent to the parking for the handicap. Trash lies about for days. Volunteer plants, bushes allowed to grow in and around original shrubs. Bare dirt where grass should be. This federal building grounds are the worst that I recall seeing. A surrounding fence which is rusty and unsightly - why even have such a fence - regularly trimmed grass would be preferable. Please clean up this disgrace.
