Postal Locations

I want to file a complaint, The postal person keeps leaving my mail box open making my mail available for anyone to take out what ever they want. I left a note in the mail box for them to read - Please close the mail box- I really don't see what the problem is. the note is not Nasty or anything so I don't see why they can't do it. If any thing goes missing from it like a package who's at fault or blame. It is a simple gesture take's barley a second. The address is 2016 Southgate . Also I keep getting Brodie, Martin of 2016 old gate dr. 27604 mail and Irene Scarboro's mail at 2106 . Please Fix this Problem .

The bushes flanking the Sunnybrook Entrance/Exit need to be trimmed as they are scratching the finish on the cars! I know the Post Office is not responsible for landscaping, but they should speak with the property owner in regards to the landscaping and maintenance of the property.

These people are disrespectful ASF They are unorganized, they dont do they job , they manager is crooked and need to be kicked out her spot she doesn’t do her job at all they dont wanna give you your mail they lie and say your mail somewhere else when its really there I never seen nothing like this a day in my life

I live In Atlanta ga 61 Johnson rd nw yet my package made it to your location in North Carolina and was mark delivered. And there’s no one to speak to about this. This is robbery.

WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE. I HAVE CALLED BACK TO BACK 12 TIMES AND NO ANSWER. YOU CANT TELL ME THE PHONES NOT RINGING OFF THE HOOK!!

I keep receiving other people's mail, the mail that I am receiving is for some other street that is not my own, I have reported this several times and it still keeps coming to my house, You all at the post office need to fix this problem, because this is an important letter that the people who own this mail should be getting. This has been happening for years now so please fix this problem like today

My stimulus was mailed on january 6th and has not been delivered AT ALL, my mail is being scanned yet it isn't being delivered AT ALL, I call and they put me on hold for an hour then hang up, usps is a mess

I have left two packages in our mailbox as outgoing mail. The first took 7 days to begin tracking, I actually thought it had been stolen. The second package has still not started tracking and it’s been 7 days. What is going on with this post office!?! I have opened several cases from postal notes stating “they attempted delivery but they were unable” even though we are home 24 hours a day. I’m over it!

I ordered a sweatshirt the last week of November. It said it was shipped 12/11/20 but they got my zip code wrong on the package so now it has been forwarded and it is now a week later and I still have not gotten my order. It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered the item and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but now it’s a week from Christmas and I still won’t have it on time because the post office said it will take another week or more to get it fixed

I received a notification alert that a packaged was delivered when it was NOT! I called the company who shipped it and they said they the USPS may have scanned it prematurely. To please allow another 24hrs. Its not fair as I waited all day for my package, and rescheduled my entire day. Time and money is being wasted on my end. Also I keep getting mail for someone that does not live at my address We've tried to returned it and sometimes its left in the mailbox. I re-mailed it to the person who sent the initial mail and told them the person no longer lives at my address, again my time , & my money (stamps) when this should have been taken care of by the USPS.

packages are being delivered to another address & the leople there have been kind enough to bring them to me. With all the bad reviews written about this post office I do not understand why something has not been done to correct the problem. Get a new manager there & retrain employees or fire all of them and start over with a new crew. For the same problems to continue is not acceptable. DO SOMETHING

I have spoken with several of my neighbors and we all have the same complaint.At least 3 or 4 days this week our mail has not been delivered. I spoke with the sub driver on Friday after she by passed our houses with the mail flag up.She gave me a excuse after stu.blig around for a few minutes before she could think of something. We are demanding a explanation from someone who can explain this madness.
