Just received 18 pieces of mail that belong to another building. The mail is banking and tax information which is very private. 10321 Sablewood Dr Raleigh NC 27617. Mail for 10330 Sablewood Dr.

I’m in 7001 Englehardt Drive and all my mails receive from NC court always been open or last Monday 05/15/2023 been opens and stolen the leather and left the empty envelope. I have to running around my neighborhood to find a mailman and he said he didn’t put my mails on the mailbox Nevis it was blocked by the trailer and he handover my letters and only the Nc court letter was opened and there was no letter inside the envelope. Mail man took my phone number and he said he will complain to his supervisor and they will contact me but up to now I didn’t hear from anyone. This is a crime to keep getting my mails open or missing from courts.

My address is 4505 Connell Drive My mail is not delivered on time Many days I have other people’s mail in my mailbox I received an email on Wednesday August 3 that I would receive a letter from by tenant with his payment I have not received it My mail on August 3 was for 4509 Connell Dr not 4505.

I have put my mail on hold twice, once in Mid May and again at the end of May until June 6. I can home each time to find mail in my mailbox. When I arrived home this morning, my mailbox was stuffed with letters and packages. I have submitted hold mail requests online and manually.

A package was left under my mailbox, at the street, in the rain! Normally they are carried to my porch. Sometimes the mail isn't delivered at all or picked up even when the red flag is up. Complaints go unanswered. People at this office do not care.

I'm a paralegal in a prominent law firm who unfortunately have been called to take care of my mother. She was hospitalized after a fall while walking at Crabtree. She shattered her kneecap and is unable to move around as well as before. I've visited many times before and she was treated the same as she is being treated now. She has complained about the same issue for quite awhile with no reciprocation. She is not receiving subscriptions at the time that she should be. Her mail carrier rarely closes her mailbox and she never knows what she WILL get. I expect special attention focused on her mail carrier. Today.

I am wondering as I am presently on the phone waiting for someone to answer at the Hilburn Annex PostOffice, what is going on with our mail. I put a letter in my postbox yesterday morning and it is still there awaiting our postman. Our mail delivery is sporatic and chaotic at best. We get passed some days and multiple deliveries other. Nothing makes any sense. Please let me know what is happening to our once very good postal delivery.
