Granted, it is/was a holiday weekend. A Certified Priority envelope destined for New Bern, arrived at the USPS facility, New Bern at 06:03 on 31 December. The USPS tracking system then notes that it arrived at Pink Hill "Hub" at 06:56. The next Tracking entry notes at 07:07 that it was Out for Delivery in New Bern. The final Tracking entry records that at 08:51 it was back in Pink Hill 28572 "Processing". It is now 19:49 on 2 January and the USPS tracking system indicates that this Priority mail envelope posted as Certified mail is in Pink Hill. Tracking# 70221670000332385647. Really! You can't make up a story like this. A postal clerk at New Bern 28562 advised me this morning that I should get it "...in a couple of days..." Advice - mail everything first class mail and don't waste your money on "Priority" and certainly don't send it Certified or Registered.

This postmaster at pink hill no has the worst bedside manner I have ever ran into. My mail keeps coming back return to sender, and the only thing she can say is the carrier is putting the mail in my box. She is very short and raises her voice to customers. A demotion seems to be in order!

The Postmistress was Rude. The Postmistress at the Pink Hill Post Office also must not know how to read, because if you label things Fragel you don't need them to be banging and slamming on. If things are damaged to not be shocked and report them.
