They are rude and unprofessional. I called asking for a time window for an important delivery cause I had to work. I needed someone to watch for it. The carrier said, "I don't know." The Postmaster wouldn't even speak to me due to "putting out mail." It's people like this that make Robeson County look bad. Why can't people treat you the way they want to be treated?

The USPS in this area is horrible. I have Amazon prime which guarantees second day delivery. On more than one occasion the carrier has reported a package as delivered on time but the package arrived days later. On one occasion I had to track it down at the post office. Today I was expecting 2 packages. One package (worth about $25) was jammed in my mailbox. The other package was reported as being left at the front door. The package is not here. It is worth over $200. The area around my front door is wide open and visible from the street. Why someone would just leave a package there is hard to understand. I have a side door under a carport or he/she could have left a delivery notice. They just don't care at all. I am out $200 and when I get home from work (around 4:30 there is no one I can call). They close early.
