Several months ago I mailed a package back to eBay from the Oriental NC post office. They never received the package and I lost $175. I had misplaced the receipt by the time I remembered I had not received my refund from eBay. Went back to this post office and they couldn't even find that I had mailed the package from there. When mailed it was scanned into the system. Talk about angry! Now today I called a shipper because I didn't get Mothers' Day gifts ordered for my congregation. The package was received by the Oriental post office on May 8. I called with the tracking number and after receiving the tracking number, the package was located at the post office. I was told it looked like there had been a notification placed in my post office box that I had a package but she couldn't be sure. I requested that the package be put in one of the parcel bins so that I could retrieve. This is totally unacceptable!
