I was in the PO today (1/31/25) and a new girl was in there alone (or so she said) and we got into an altercation regarding my request to change my address. She kept insisting I verbally say my PO box number (despite my having a completed form AND my driver's license) and I lost my temper and called her an idiot. She refused to help me and walked off threatening to call 911. I shoved my PO box keys (#179) and the completed form to the floor behind the counter and left. I'm afraid she'll retaliate and mess with my mail and say the keys weren't returned.

The gentleman serving the public is very helpful and efficient. However, I mailed some Christmas Cards from the PO and one was opened and the check enclosed was removed. It was returned to me in a plain PO envelope and the card was resealed and sent to its destination. There is a thief involved in your system.
