I have been waiting to have my packages delivered for 2 days now. Why would you say the mailbox is full when you could have left the packages on the front porch. Do carriers not realize they can leave packages on the front porch?? I can't get anyone to answer the phone and I am extremely frustrated with this office. I live in the Bear Cliff subdivision and I would really like to have my mail, including packages, delivered. Thank you!

I finally got to speak to a human being. The woman at the Nebo post office was so incredibly helpful. Prior to calling the post office I called the 800 number on the back of the ticket I received in my mail and it was torture. It kept saying I could take a survey but it never connected me - I wish it would have because I wanted to share how completely ineffective the automated response system is.
