I have found the staff here to be wonderful in person. I have never tried calling them, but it is night and day difference to come here to do business from doing business at the Midland office!
Mail carrier on Saturday will not shut my door on my mailbox. I've tried to make sure that they closed it by asking them nicely, only to be smart app and drive off like I was not worth their time. Talk to the postmaster about it. He has only gotten worse. Very rude condescending. And all this is over because I had Trump signs in my yard in the time of the elections. I am being discriminated against because my political beliefs by a mail carrier who likes to leave my mailbox door open so my mail will be unprotected by the elements and whoever rides by. definitely a passive attack to myself and whoever gets mail in my mailbox.
I visit the retail counter weekly and both the ladies I have dealt with are very professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with, I couldn't be more pleased. I have never called the office, so I can't comment on that, but personal customer service is top notch.
Menu when trying to call is ridiculous for a small town Post Office. No way should you have to wait 32 minutes for a return call for a simple question.
You can not even call to ask a simple question without speaking to a rude person. Everyone that works at this post office is so rude and he or she acts as if you are wasting their precious time. Only the mail delivery drivers are nice and kind to everyone. Office people need to go through customer service training! Holy cow!
Ask our mail carrier to shut my mailbox and ask her make sure my mail is protected from the elements. said I just got it eat poop look and stroke off spinning rocks off the side of the road. Talk to the postmaster about it the almost the same results with the looks and it's just gotten worse.
