I do not understand why we do not receive mail in a timely manner. We OFTEN get no mail when the Informed Delivery Service indicates mail will be delivered. I am missing two first class pieces of mail that should have been delivered four business days ago. The post office does not answer the phone and I will be forced to drive into town and check on my missing mail. That is such poor customer service. I moved to Lillington from Tampa area(Temple Terrace FL) 11 months ago and we NEVER had an issue with mail delivery - not even one time and we lived there over 46 years and in the same house for 22 years
I do not like our new mail lady she’s always late or getting something wrong and yesterday she didn’t deliver mail at all.my package has been at the post office since the 19th and was supposed to be already delivered and it isn’t here yet .
I ordered a package expensive package back in September it was delivered to the Lillington post office and tracking info has they refused my package and it was sent to New York to undeliverable mail. Now no one can tell me where package is. This is so unacceptable and just plain sorry. We have had a post office box there for 28 years! And since that package they have managed to loose another 85.00 package. They make good money and for what sorry service, and of course have no answers... when tracking doesn’t lie they had both packages in their building at one time. I think you should have to show ID to pick up a package. But guess that would be asking too much.
Some reason the post office would not deliver a package. I got a email from the company that shipped it but heard nothing from the post office. I tried calling the post office several times but they won’t answer the phone. So I drove to lillington NC to check on the package. There the package was and they didn’t tell me why they wouldn’t deliver it. I asked has there phone # changed because I couldn’t get a answer. All she could say “ we don’t have the man power to answer the phone”. Maybe Trumps right. Can’t depend on the post office
I have not received my mail for weeks at this point and cant find any help. This is unacceptable. I have time sensitive and priority mail become lost/undelivered properly that has had a dramatic negative influence on bills, rent, and professional obligations.
I don’t understand how the employees don’t understand the concept and simplicity behind picking up a ringing phone. It’s sad and pathetic that USPS is able to return a call faster than our local post office is able to simply answer a ringing phone.
I received tracking info that my package was delivered to me on 4/14/17 at 4:26PM. I never received my important package even as of now 4/15/17 1:30PM. I have lost clientele because of this and now I will have to wait for it to be found and delivered TO ME. This is so unexceptionable.
