I have had nothing but problems with my mail and packages the past 3 months. I get notifications of what will be delivered that day then dont get it for another 2 days. Then today I was waiting on a package and 1 piece of mail and at 7:44 PM I get an alert that says it was delivered to my door. I was home and my front door was OPEN and I did NOT get anything! First off, why in the hell would mail be delivered at nearly 8 PM at night? Second, WHERES MY MAIL?? I can only assume it was delivered to another address considering I get other peoples mail all the time. That's the reason I signed up for email of photos of my mail and packages. And I'm almost positive that when i call tomorrow that they dont know what's going on.

I called the Laurel Hill USPS office and spoke with an older lady, who was EXTREMELY rude to me, in regards to my package. I simply asked if my package had been delivered to their office yet & was told (very rudely) "we only deliver to P.O. Boxes, call the laurinburg office". This was the third time, for various reasons, I have been told to go to the Laurinburg office even though I know the Laurel Hill office was, in fact, able to assist me. When I called the laurinburg office I was helped by a kind lady who informed Laurel Hill would be the ones to deliver my package but looked for my package anyway. I called the LH office again and told the rude lady what LBG office told me and my package tracker said "delivered to Laurel Hil". I was immediately met with an even nastier attitude than the previous call. She told me (word for word) "I HAVE A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME, I HAVE A TRUCK TO LOAD, I HAVE THINGS TO DO BEFORE WE CLOSE. I. DO. NOT. HAVE. YOUR. PACKAGE." She didn't even look, ask for my name, or anything. I called an hour & a half before closing time. I was nice to this woman and only asked twice about my package (once each call). I was in no way "hounding" this woman despite how she treated me. She continued on & on about her work load and continued being rude to me until I finally said "okay thank you ma'am" & hung up on her. I was a customer asking about my package. That's all. I called today and asked another employee for her name and she said her name was Iyvonne. VERY VERY poor customer service, especially considering USPS employees make a very high hourly wage. In my opinion, the employees should have FAR BETTER customer service than this!!!!!
