Postal Locations

Our mailbox on Helsabeck Rd was destroyed last night by vandals. Police came at 2:30 this am. What do we do about getting mail?

Had a schedule for a passport. Brought in all required paperwork according to the post office at Hanes Mall and per my company that sends employees to Canada to work. This lady was so confused and then needed information that was not required causing me to have to find another location with an opening 35 miles away Everything went smooth and normal but she almost cost me and my family a huge job. Know your job you are hurting people BAD!!!

I went to mail 6 specialty Christmas cards on 12/12/2017 and was given wrong mailing information by a training person and Brian, a visiting supervisor from Virginia. Brian said that it would cost $3.00 a piece to mail my letters. I know from experience that it was much less than that. I went to another post office and they mailed them out for $1.19 each! It was handled correctly without having gone through the machine as it needed to be hand stamped. Clerks and supervisors should know what they are doing and not rob the public by giving false information.

I was supposed to receive an Amazon package today. They left one of those little tan cards about redelivery. the thing is I have been at home all day and there is no reason they could not have brought it to the house. They indicated there was no way to get to the house..Funny as they have been here before; in fact this past Sunday 9/17/17 they delievered an amazon package with no problems. So I do not know what the problem with the carrier was today... I called Amazon and they said they would get it delievered this evening ....No haven't seen a package... I expect it first thing in the morning.... or I will be visiting the Postmaster in King or wherever... it can get some attention to the failures of this carrier.
