Mailed a card to family from this post office. It never arrived to the sent or return addresses. When I called to inquire postal worker was rude and defensive.
I had a stoppage of mail from 1/18/19 to 1/22/19 with delivery of held mail supposed to be on 1/22/19. I received absolutely nothing. Why?
Please deliver all mail, held or otherwise, to me tomorrow, 1/23/19. Thank you.

I went to pick it up at 11am and was told by the clerk that it wasn't ready yet and I had to come back in an hour, I returned at 12:15 and and was told the same thing again. So, I'm guessing that somebody scanned it in so it shows like everybody is doing their job and the mail is being processed in a timely manner . This really irritated me. Normally this is a decent post office but today they get zero stars for jacking this customer around.
I've been using the services of this post office for 7 years and I'm always happy to come here. I truly appreciate their work. Some days are very busy and I know how hard it is to stand on your feet, to be attentive to detail, patient, helpful, and welcoming at the same time, for long hours. BJ and Robert provide an excellent customer service. They are very good with people and professional. Everybody is amazing at this post office.
I sell a lot of random things on ebay and have always been bothered about how much a little item costs to ship. No matter what its always over 7.00 if i had a particular older gentlemen check me out. And it wasn't until recently that i sold the same item multiple times. And when i checked out with him it was over 15.00 and then i checked out with 2 other different individuals and the price was only $6.53 both times. What the heck am i getting charged for?!?!? My husband just did the same thing without me. Shipped a large but light item and it came to $22.80. I am never going to ship an item at the KILL DEVIL HILLS location again if i see he is working. There is no reason 1 item should cost differently depending on who checks you out.
I am not having ny personal usps packages delivered to my door - the woman that drives the jeep never attempts to get out of her jeep but has that pink slip ready and filled out and i am disabled - i can never get to her in time and i dont drive due to seizures - i am following up on this - it is unthoughtful and she is not doing her job esp. when i cant easily get out of the house - I want her to knock on my door - i am in zip code - 27948
