I am a Charlotte lawyer who attempted to mail time-sensitive documents to the Duplin County Clerk of Court at the Duplin County Courthouse, 112 Duplin Street, Kenansville, NC 28349. The post office returned the mailing to me almost 2 weeks later with a sticker that said "undeliverable- no mail receptacle." The Courthouse is across the street from the post office! I called the Clerk thinking this must be some kind of anomaly. The Clerk said that this has been an ongoing issue with the post office which, for some unknown reason, will not cross the street to deliver mail to the Clerk if it is addressed to the courthouse's physical address. This is inexcusable.

If you ever want some one to talk down to you like your a DOG. Go to the Kenansville Post Office. Rudest postal person EVER... He needs anger management classes. No need for anyone to be that rude to someone who has mail to post who makes sure they have a job to got to.
